We love our school, the teachers and the administration. There is always someone to greet you and answer your questions, they know how your child is doing. Teachers are very carrying, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We've only been attending Primrose for a few weeks, but we have absolutely loved it so far! The staff is so loving towards our daughter, and we feel she is learning so much more than she did at her previous daycare. Plus, not having to worry about packing snacks & lunch is a huge bonus!

Communication is top notch I receive multiple photos and updates throughout the day, curriculum is full of enhancement activities and they follow the curriculum , we love how attentive and caring everyone is, Eve’s teacher go above and beyond to help her get adjusted to Primrose, food menus are healthy and they know how to approach to picky eaters. I already recommended Primrose Southwest location to one of our friends moving to Austin and their son will start at Primrose soon. So glad our daughter is at Primrose now!

I can't say enough good things about how amazing the staff is at this location. I had taken my son to 3 different chains of day care before this one and it is a night in day difference in his attitude and overall happiness. He's also excelled academically more than any other place he has been to.

Primrose Pre-K was exactly what my son needed to get ready for public school. The entire staff is phenomenal and incredibly caring in comparison to the other day cares we tried.

Our kiddos teachers are super attentive and kind. Primrose run the school very professionally, communication is always priority, and I like that they update us frequently in the app throughout the day and then at the end of the day and week. I feel like it’s pretty laid back and comfortable environment, the facility and rooms are clean, and the outdoor play area is large.

Love y'all! I appreciate how Katy and Felicia greet everyone who comes in, they know every child in the school, and how warm and inviting all the teachers are. My son loves his school and I am always so impressed with how much he remembers and brings home with him.

I appreciate the kindness and care of the teachers of my child’s class and how they interact professionally with us and engage with all of the students in the class through activities. I also appreciate the friendliness of management and approachability and effort to create community through different events for the campus For parents too participate in. I appreciate the electronic communication in various formats for announcements, reminders, etc. I am pleased with the well balanced menu offered to my child and cleanliness of the building facilities. Overall, the kindness, communication, transparency, engagement, Educational structure, and cleanliness have all been excellent and I am appreciative and satisfied.
