We absolutely adore this school—the culture, the staff, and the genuine care and respect that so clearly exists throughout the community. Every teacher and staff member seems to truly love the work they do, and it’s evident how deeply they care about the students and the school community. It feels safe, warm, and supportive, which is exactly the kind of environment we want for Ferris. We have never once questioned our decision.

We love everything from the staff to the intention curriculum and how much we can tell our child is loved there and loves being there. Not to mention how much we feel like she is learning every single day! The peace of mind of all of this combined makes us recommend Primrose Spring Hill to everyone we know!

1st and foremost the staff from Chrissy- director to every teacher in the 3 classes my daughter has been in are all 5 stars, they are welcoming and make you feel part of a family. Understanding to our crazy schedule and willing to do whatever they can to make pick up and drop off seamless. Welcomed in every morning and evening with a smile and good morning or hi!

My son loves the staff here and is developing well. The social interaction and classroom instruction he gets has helped him learn and grow in a positive way. He is advancing rapidly in a comfortable environment and that means a lot to me.

The staff have been outstanding. Our son had a speech delay and is probably a little bit in the spectrum. He’s normally very standoffish with new people. But he has warmed up to his teachers so quickly. They have been amazing at making him feel comfortable and valued. He talks about them all the time at home. The teaching itself is far more detailed than I would have guessed. My wife (who taught for years) says she’s really impressed. The facility is excellent. The administrative team are professional and also kind and warm hearted it’s a joy to see them every day.

We appreciate Primrose and feel confident every day that our child is in great care. I love that the facilities are very clean. My child has thrived in his classroom. I have had a conversation about safety as well, and I’m satisfied that they’ve thought through all procedures and protocols to keep my child safe. They offer a wonderful, balanced nutrition plan. It feels like a second family. Thank you!

I feel like they are honest with us. With kids incidents happen and I feel they tell us what they know. One teacher didn’t but she’s not there anymore.

Everyone from the director to the teachers are just amazing!! Such a calm, structured environment!! Within a week our son was talking so much more!! Kids need structure and this is the best place for that!!!
