We have been at Primrose since 2021 and have enjoyed the school. We are always being greeted when we walk in and see the high level of care from each teacher in each classroom. Everyday our kids leave having learned and experienced something new. It is a school that offers relationships and knowledge in engaged environment.

I love the atmosphere for the children as well as the dedication and love it seems like the teachers put in. They provide meals, sheets and even changes of clothing. I love that I feel like I can trust my child’s teacher and if something goes wrong I will know right away. It’s like a home away from home.

The best daycare / school experience we've ever had. Our daughter left another school where she had quickly gone downhill in a number of areas. Two weeks into Primrose she began FLOURISHING. She comes home and shocks the heck out of us with all she can do. She is learning and retaining so much. Her attitude is like a 180. She loves school, loves her teachers, loves her friends. It's clean and so inviting/welcoming. Primrose is phenomenal at communication. I could not recommend them more.

Primrose has become a pivotal partner for our family. They are truly a part of our "village", and we could not be more grateful for the support and kindness they show our girls. Not only are the teachers excellent and beyond attentive, all members of the administrative staff knows our children's names and welcome them daily. Primrose of Spring Hill is was one of the best decisions we have made for our family!

The staff at Primrose is knowledgeable and professional. They are kind and loving to the children and take the appropriate steps in Child Development. It is important that each child feel comfortable and safe. The staff at Primrose makes that happen for each child. The teachers make sure that each child is known by name and personality. Primrose is a great place to have your child begin to learn and grow.

I love being greeted every day by name. It is also really important to me as a parent that the staff is aware of who is coming in and out, and I see that they are very vigilant about monitoring who is coming in and out of the school. I have had several conversations with Chrissie about the safety protocols of the school, which is impressive to me and VERY important in today’s time.
I love getting pictures and updates of my child throughout the day, and they are very good about ensuring that we get those. I love that my son loves his teachers, and it’s evident by his smiles and interactions with them. It is so sweet to get little arts and crafts that my son has done in his classroom.
The cleanliness and sanitation protocols are evident in that my son is less sick here than at prior facilities. I truly appreciate the work and effort that goes into keeping the school clean. It’s important.
In general, all of the staff are very friendly, alert, and engaged with the children. I appreciate all of the extracurricular events that they offer.

Moving our child to Primrose from another local daycare has been the best decision. We love the friendliness and structure of the classrooms. Our son has shown significant improvements after starting and loves to go to school each day. The turnover of faculty seems very low which is something our previous daycare always struggled with.
