I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Primrose, and I truly feel that it deserves to be highlighted in detail. From the very beginning, one of the things that stood out most to me was how approachable and communicative the management team is. It can make such a difference when you feel like you can easily reach out with questions, concerns, or even just general updates about your child, and the staff here consistently delivers on that front. Whenever I’ve needed to connect with them, their responses have always been prompt, thoughtful, and professional. That level of attentiveness creates a strong sense of trust, which is incredibly important for any parent. My son began his journey at Primrose and stayed through his Kindergarten graduation, and I can confidently say that those early years played a meaningful role in his development. The environment they provide is nurturing, structured, and engaging, helping children build both academic and social skills in a well-balanced way. Even after completing Kindergarten, our connection to Primrose has continued, as he now attends their summer camp program, and he absolutely looks forward to it every day. One of the most heartwarming things for me as a parent is seeing how much the relationships he built there have lasted over time. Despite moving on from the regular school program, he still clearly remembers and connects with many of his teachers, like Ms. G and Ms. Hepper. The fact that those bonds remain strong says a lot about the genuine care and attention the staff give to each child. It’s not just a place where kids are supervised, it’s a place where they are truly known, supported, and encouraged to grow. Beyond the relationships and academics, the overall daily experience is something my son genuinely enjoys. He comes home happy, engaged, and full of stories about his day, which speaks volumes. Even the little details, like the food they serve, contribute to the positive experience. In fact, one of his absolute favorite meals there is the chicken wrap with pesto sauce, which he talks about often. It’s reassuring to know that they also put thought into nutrition and making meals enjoyable for the kids. Taking everything into account, the supportive and responsive management, the dedicated teachers, the strong sense of community, and the enriching programs, I can honestly say that Primrose has exceeded my expectations. It has been a wonderful place for my son to learn, grow, and build lasting relationships. I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for a caring, high-quality environment for their child.

We love primrose and all the teachers and staff! They are kind and compassionate! And it feels good knowing my kids are in a safe place while we are at work. Primrose as help my kids grow in their skills

We are so glad we moved Lizzy to Primrose! She has learned so much and has been exposed to experiences and learning that she would not have gotten elsewhere. Liz loves it there and I know she'll be more than prepared whew she leaves!

The staff is excellent with all the children. It’s safe, nurturing environment and the teachers are attentive, encouraging, and diverse. The curriculum- my child is growing and learning leaps and bounds and loves going to school. The children are very prepared for Kindergarten. The activities, inclusiveness, respect and acknowledgment and sharing of different cultures. The diversity- By far one of the most diverse daycare/preschools in St Charles County!

The school is very organized. Teachers are great, the food is healthy and they host so many fun activities throughout the year. I love that they emphasize both learning and social/ character development. I highly recommend this school

We absolutely love Primrose! The teachers and staff have been so welcoming and caring, and we’ve loved watching Vayda grow and thrive here.
