We have been very pleased with Primrose at St. Charles west. We transitioned from a nanny years ago and our daughter has loved it. The staff has been very kid and friendly, from leadership level to assistant staff. They also have a super fun camp program which takes the kiddos on multiple field trips per week, my eldest had a blast last year. They do fun events for Halloween and other celebrations! We had friends recommend them when we moved here a few years back and we are so glad we took their advice!

My child has been at Primrose for about one year now and it has been a fantastic experience! The staff has been great to work with, very communicative, and addresses any concerns quickly. The teachers are amazing and have been so great with our daughter. You can tell everyone at this school genuinely cares about the children and she is in safe hands with them. She loves going to daycare, loves seeing her teachers, all of the activity, and being with the other kids in her class. I have considered staying home with my daughter just to have more time with her, but she loves daycare so much I don’t have it in me to pull her out now. The only complaint I have is I do wish the food menu options were healthier, but that is a large issue to tackle. I was told Primrose attempted a much healthier menu a few years back and they received a lot of backlash from parents unfortunately, so this is a reflection of parents and not Primrose. So happy to have gotten her into Primrose!

We just moved to Primrose a couple months ago from another daycare in the area and are so happy with the switch. All the staff are highly competent and even when things have gone wrong (like the water pipe burst), Mr. Patel has been very communicative and transparent in the process. The teachers have done a great job keeping things moving smoothly and we can tell a huge difference in the knowledge our child is coming home with. Everything is always so clean and toys are obviously disinfected each night.

We love the teachers and how we see our child advancing in a variety of different skills and knowledge. Our child loves going to school and she loves the teachers and her friends. We feel safe having our child at this school.

Both of my kids have loved going to school here! The teachers and staff are all amazing and truly care about every student. My oldest was more than prepared for Kindergarten and my youngest loves having so many friends. Our family feels extremely lucky that we found this amazing school.
