Overall we love the school -- seems professionally run, organized, etc. For every great teacher there can be one that feels less capable; we've experienced a lot of volatility in teacher quality. Classrooms sometimes feel disorganized and in need of a good scrub. We're hoping the annual rate increases may lessen in the years ahead. While we can appreciate that paying teachers well is crucial for retention and overall teacher quality, at a certain point the pricing is hard for families to sustain these increases. A hard balance, we know!

We're constantly raving about our love of Primrose. First up, the welcoming atmosphere - all the staff know your family and the specialness of each individual kid. Next, the curriculum. My husband and I are continuously impressed by the things our toddler knows - he's not yet 3 and has got the basics of photosynthesis down! And finally, the combination of a nurturing environment where kids learn boundaries and routines. Our kids are thriving at Primrose.

I love the consistency of the schedule, the teacher's dedication to my children each and every day, and the genuine happiness that this school embodies. I feel grateful that my children are cared for here. Thank you to each teacher that we've gotten to know over the years.

The teachers are amazing! We love everything they are doing with our kiddo and it's clear she's learning quickly from them, and that she's well taken care of and loved. We also love the updates throughout the day! Thank you for everything you do!

We've loved the 4+ years at Primrose in Merriam Park, Saint Paul. The staff are diligent and responsive. And the teachers are loving, engaging, and in tune with our kiddo's developments. Would recommend to anyone who needs a nurturing environment for their little ones.

Everything about it is great - from the teachers and curriculum to the leadership team and the owners. It has been a great school for both of our children. Our youngest still attends and our oldest was well prepared for kindergarten. It's a great environment for kids!

Seems like teacher retention has gotten better lately. There is a clear gap in talent among teachers -- Ms Olivia, Ms Emma, Ms Alicia are all incredible and really talented childcare providers. There are others who may be missing some of the fundamental skills needed to manage and lead a classroom effectively.

The teachers and staff are absolutely excellent. Given the amount of turnover in daycare providers these days, as well as generally being able to find quality daycare, it has been a great experience over the last three years to have a place we can trust to drop off our daughter (from infancy to now being a toddler). Not only that, but the educational programming is wonderful. Our daughter comes home every night happy as a clam and knowing more than she did when we dropped her off. Truly can’t say enough good things about Primrose of Merriam Park.

Staff have been very attentive to our children's differing needs. We always know they have their best interests at heart, even when there have been behavior issues. The overall culture of the school sets a high bar for quality of care and the staff and management consistently go above and beyond.

We love our Primrose! Our owners and so hands on, leadership/management has been consistent and part of the school for years. The teachers are like extended family and we wouldn’t be able to stay afloat in our careers without this wonderful organization!

We had been at two other childcare facilities before Primrose, and we could immediately tell that Primrose is on a completely different level from the moment we started. They have a well established curriculum and a strong emphasis on education which we love. Our kids have learned by playing, experimenting, singing, and getting their hands dirty. All of the staff we have met have been extremely friendly and caring. Would 100% recommend and so glad we made the decision to switch to Primrose!
