The Primrose School of Symmes has incredible teachers and leadership team. We have always felt comfortable leaving our son in their care. Our son is learning and developing so much at the hands of his teachers. The updates throughout the day are extremely appreciated. We love our experience with Primrose!

We couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s daycare. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly treats our child like their own. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s in a safe, loving, and engaging environment every day. She comes home happy, learning new things, and clearly well cared for. We’re so grateful to have found such an amazing place!

The team at Primrose is concerned first and foremost about safety. While our kid (young toddler) has gotten sick frequently, there is only so much that can be done to mitigate it. I witness the team frequently cleaning and trying to control the spread of potential disease as much as possible. Additionally, the care team does a good job communicating. They genuinely care about the kids, and it is great to know my kid is not only looked after but genuinely cared for while away from their parents.

Love all of the teachers, updates via app, cleanliness of facility. Everyone in the office knows my child's name and says hi/bye everyday, which make me feel reassured that he is well cared for.
