The team at Primrose is concerned first and foremost about safety. While our kid (young toddler) has gotten sick frequently, there is only so much that can be done to mitigate it. I witness the team frequently cleaning and trying to control the spread of potential disease as much as possible. Additionally, the care team does a good job communicating. They genuinely care about the kids, and it is great to know my kid is not only looked after but genuinely cared for while away from their parents.

Love all of the teachers, updates via app, cleanliness of facility. Everyone in the office knows my child's name and says hi/bye everyday, which make me feel reassured that he is well cared for.

I’m so grateful for the teachers and staff at Primrose. We came to the Ohio area a year ago. My 3 year old had never been in a daycare setting before. They helped potty train him and provide an educational experience for him. He has found teachers he absolutely loves, who have taken the time to understand him. We are so grateful for this experience and for the people who help us know this was the right decision for our family. Thank you Primrose of Symmes!!

I really appreciate the communication from leadership. The facilities and the teachers a top notch. I know everyone there cares about the growth and well being of my daughter. They are helping us raise her, and well, she's pretty awesome :-)
