We’ve been so happy with our experience since the new owners took over and there’s been such a noticeable positive shift. The atmosphere feels more joyful and welcoming, and it’s clear they’ve made a real effort to support the teachers and create a happy, stable environment. One of the things I appreciate most is how they’ve prioritize teacher retention, something that can make such a huge difference in a child’s experience. Knowing that my child is greeted by the same loving faces each day gives us such peace of mind. It helps our child feel safe, secure, and truly cared for, which makes drop-offs easier and the whole daycare experience, much more consistent and nurturing. Thank you to the owners and staff for your hard work and heart. We’re so grateful to be part of this wonderful community.

From Finn's very first day it's been a great overall experience. I can tell the school is well run and the teachers are not only kind and fun but very professional and knowledgeable. My son has been learning a lot, and really enjoys going to school here.

The best decision for my son! He has been a part of Primrose since he was 9 weeks old, so the school has been a major influence on his growth and development. I really appreciate the emphasis on character development in the curriculum.

Transferring our daughter to Primrose after the unpleasant situation at her old preschool was the best decision we made. She’s happy here, and I regret not considering the move sooner. The school truly prioritizes the well-being of both the kids and staff, which makes a noticeable difference in the quality of care. The teachers are attentive, interactive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. We couldn’t be more pleased!

We've been part of primrose for less than a year and in that time my children and I have met so many great people including the teachers. My oldest raves about how much she loves after school and wants to go even on days we are off. This has been the best school far myself and my little family.

My husband and I moved my daughter to this center after another center mistreated her. We are very pleased with Primrose empathetic and kind staff. I love how engaging they are with the kids. When I pick up my daughter it's nice to see kids singing and interacting with the teachers.

Primrose school has been amazing for our daughter. We appreciate all they do to further her education on the teacher level, front office and the food program. I would highly recommend Primrose school for early childhood education.

There has been quite a bit of positive change since the new owners started, but there are still a few kinks to iron out in terms of communication etc, hence the 9 out of 10 score.
