Ever since new ownership took over, we are so incredibly pleased with all of the amazing changes and improvements they've made. We love the staff and teachers and feel our children are loved and cared for in addition to learning so much!

The school is fantastic. You all know every child's name and genuinely care about them. My daughter is learning so much. I have nothing but good things to say. My only suggestions would be: - I really loved the parent/teacher night that you all did maybe six months ago. Perhaps when classroom transitions happen, that's a good time to do that. Otherwise, it's hard to meet all the teachers or know what their philosophy of childcare is, etc. You're always trying to talk to them during drop off or pickup, which is not ideal. So highly recommend that again! - We haven't been thrilled with the Meg Winston photos. We have never bought any because they didn't even look like our daughter! We'll see how it goes as she gets older - maybe it's just hard to photograph babies. But just an FYI. - Love the FunBus. Love that they go on the playground so much. Love getting pictures and comments about how she's doing. All in all, we're really happy at Primrose.

We love having our kids at Primrose Twin Hickory! Everything from the food to the curriculum to the facilities are great, reliable, and enriching for the children. The teachers genuinely care about the kids and their progress, and they build genuine relationships with the kids. School leadership is attentive, responsive, and available. Our oldest attends the summer program which is amazing and he cannot wait to go back each day - the field trips and activities planned are great and really help the kid feel like their summer is full of adventure!

Since the new owners took over, there’s been a noticeable positive change at the location. The staff is highly engaged and friendly, and there’s a greater variety of fun activities. The renovations have significantly improved the school environment. Our daughter now loves going to Primrose—something that wasn’t always the case in the past. We’re very happy with how things are currently being managed. Our only minor critique is that much of the paperwork could be digitized. If we can sign mortgage documents electronically, it should be possible to complete forms like the sunscreen permission online rather than on paper. Additionally, some policies—such as the specific requirements for footwear—feel unnecessarily strict, especially for older children.

We love that it is a small, intimate community with such a simple yet complete childcare experience. We love that the owners and staff focus on the basics: the kids are loved, the environment is clean, and the programming is educational. We love Primrose and are so glad we finally found a childcare center that feels like family. Thank you for loving our babies!

Streamlined experience, wonderful teachers makes the overall experience very pleasant and relieves the anxiety parents face when at work without kids! My kids have made lasting friends 🧡 add ons to the regular program keeps the excitement high for the kids. Balanced meals take one more element out of planning for the parents. Everyone here goes beyond their job to care for the kids.

We’ve been so happy with our experience since the new owners took over and there’s been such a noticeable positive shift. The atmosphere feels more joyful and welcoming, and it’s clear they’ve made a real effort to support the teachers and create a happy, stable environment. One of the things I appreciate most is how they’ve prioritize teacher retention, something that can make such a huge difference in a child’s experience. Knowing that my child is greeted by the same loving faces each day gives us such peace of mind. It helps our child feel safe, secure, and truly cared for, which makes drop-offs easier and the whole daycare experience, much more consistent and nurturing. Thank you to the owners and staff for your hard work and heart. We’re so grateful to be part of this wonderful community.

From Finn's very first day it's been a great overall experience. I can tell the school is well run and the teachers are not only kind and fun but very professional and knowledgeable. My son has been learning a lot, and really enjoys going to school here.
