Love primrose and would recommend to anyone. Staff is so kind and loving. They update the app constantly which eases my anxiety. My baby feels comfortable going and asks when he will be going again.

My daughter is excited to go to school every morning, which is a wonderful sign of how much love, care, and support she receives at Primrose. Before joining the school, she had significant stranger anxiety, but now she is able to communicate and interact with people much more comfortably. We are very happy to see the positive changes in her confidence and social skills. One area I feel the school could improve is the meal options. I have requested multiple times that an alternative meal be provided if she refuses the scheduled meal, but unfortunately, this has not been consistently implemented. I would appreciate it if the school could offer an alternate option when a child does not eat the main meal.

We have had a great experience now for over a year with Primrose Uniontown. We really appreciate the amount of communication that we receive about our son. We are updated if he is not feeling well, something happened, positives of the day, and his progress. To us communication is key! The curriculum and consistency is great and exactly what we were looking for. We also like the fact that snacks and lunches are provided! It helps keep peace of mind knowing he is going somewhere we can trust when he is not with family! Thank you, Jack and Erin Kastor

Overall we’ve had a great experience! I love all the updates throughout the day and Miss Danielle has been great. We started dropping our son off with her in the infant room in the morning and now that he’s in the young toddler classroom as his teacher it’s nice to see a friendly face.

I rave about Primrose all the time! My son is autistic and non verbal and all the staff at Primrose go above and beyond to help him thrive. They truly are a remarkable group and I am so thankful for them working with him.

The teachers are loving, listen to concerns, and teach with patience. They care for my son with such heart and compassion. The staff are kind and supportive, they maintain and support home routines like potty training. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care my son receives.

We have had a really great experience. When there has been issues they have been handled and followed up on which I do greatly appreciate. We have had really great teachers throughout his time at primrose that have really helped with his learning. We love that there is more classes offered at school that he can join and be a part of. I trust the staff that is there and know he is in a safe place.

Everyone seems very knowledgeable and well versed with child care! Obviously the care that’s provided while our son is in your hands is of the utmost importance to us as parents and to know that Primrose staff is as caring and welcoming as you are is a big relief especially for new parents who worry about EVERYTHING! The app is a huge benefit and we love seeing the pictures of our lil man interacting throughout the day! And being able to communicate with his teachers throughout the day via messaging in the app is a nice touch as well! Overall a great experience even though the dropoffs are a little heart breaking when our kiddo isn’t quite feeling ready to leave mom or dad’s arms! Can’t wait to watch him grow and learn with Primrose as time goes on!

We love Primrose! Couldn’t ask for a better establishment for our daughter. The facility is well-maintained & clean. Our daughter loves the food & Miss Kris! All teachers staff are attentive and offer proactive communication & great care throughout the day!
