We are extremely pleased with Primrose School of Upper Arlington. We feel our child is thriving and well cared for here. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the owners are actively involved. We wish we found this school sooner.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience! The staff is incredibly warm, caring, and attentive. They treat my child like their own. The facility is always clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that support both learning and play. Communication is top-notch, they keep us updated with photos, reports, and any concern. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my sweet little princess is in such good hands. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a nurturing and supportive environment!

Since my daughter started at Primrose, we have had no issues whatsoever. She is well taken care of and thriving. I love that we get updates throughout the day of her activities. We could not be more grateful for the owners and teachers at Primrose.

Primrose is fantastic. Dropping off your kids can be tough, but knowing that Ms. Deanna, Jason, and their dedicated staff run a tight ship makes it so much easier. It’s a relief to know your little ones are safe, well cared for, and in a place where they can learn, grow, and play with friends. We love our Primrose and recommend it often!

The communication that the school provides is wonderful. I love how structured everything is so its clear what to expect when it comes to the schedule, meals/snacks, and daily activities. I also appreciate how the staff feels like an extension of our community in caring for our child. We love that the teachers have been around for a long time and are excellent at their jobs.

As foreigners who recently located to the US with 3-year old who did not speak fluent English, we were concerned about the choice of school for her. Primrose UA staff were very understanding and helped our daughter accommodate to being in the collective of children whose language she did not completely understand. She has been attending this school for almost a year and we are very happy with how she is treated and how all the problems we ran to were addressed and solved. She is happy and thriving. We are very grateful for making Primrose UA a part of our family' everyday life.

Primrose UA has wonderful teachers and staff make you feel at home. They care very much about the families. The class sizes are just right for little minds to learn and engage! We love how happy it feels when we walk in every day. It is a secure environment with a lot of space for the children to play and learn. Cookie Friday is always a hit!

I love everything about Primrose. The teachers are lovely and patient. The owners and admin are also incredible. The admin's communication is reliable and on time. The menu is balanced, and my son loved it! My son loves to go there every day because they always have fun activities. I recommend this daycare 100%.

We love primrose. Ms Deanna has assembled an all-star staff of teachers and instructors who we feel so comfortable leaving our loved one with and soon our second son). The place is clean. Our son is learning. And most of all he’s safe.
