We’re giving a 10 because the entire staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely invested in our child. Every day, they’re excited to see the kids and families, which creates such a warm, positive environment. The teachers are especially attentive and caring, and it’s clear they truly know and care about our child as an individual. Absolutely incredible experience that will have a profoundly positive impact on our child and her development!

We couldn’t be happier with Primrose! From the moment we enrolled our children, it’s been clear that their focus is truly on the children. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child’s growth and development. The learning environment is safe, nurturing, and engaging, providing a perfect balance of structured activities and playful exploration. We love seeing our child excited to go every day and learning new things! I would highly recommend this school!

We have been thrilled with Primrose School of Upper Arlington. After moving several times we have been to 6 different daycares for our children, and this is by far the best. Exceptionally clean, amazing teachers and staff, and wonderful and caring owners who put their all into the school. We feel our children are safe, happy, and well cared for at this school.

Have overall had a wonderful experience. Deanna and Jason, as well as all the staff have been incredibly helpful in making the transition to a new daycare as smooth as possible for our toddler. Everyone has gone out of their way on a daily basis to make sure we and our daughter were as comfortable as possible. She now loves it and is thriving there, it is a joy to pick her up smiling every day. I also appreciate the daily activities that make every day exciting for the kids.

When we moved to Columbus from out of state we were very nervous about the daycare transition. Her first week at primrose they provided our daughter with a 1-on-1 teacher to ease her into the new class and it made a huge difference in what would have otherwise been a rough week. Our experience has been excellent since the first day and our daughter adores everyone from the teachers to the admins. Every interaction we have with them is a joy and we can’t recommend Primrose UA enough.

To hear my son say “I love my school” after a horrendous experience with an in-home sitter, is invaluable to me. He went from crying every morning to asking when he gets to go to school. My child has been treated with so much care and patience as we made the transition. He enjoys his teachers, friends and activities. He has already learned so much. We are forever grateful to Deana and Jason for fostering such a welcoming environment that you do not usually get with a “chain” operation. Thank you Primrose for being the best!!

I like that Deanna and Jason McGee (the owners) are incredibly involved. They’re always present and they have very high standards for the teachers and staff. Deanna gives her personal cell number to the parents and is always responsive. I’m a very anxious person, so knowing that my daughter is being cared for by people who truly care and are available to talk/text about and questions or concerns really eases my anxious mind.
