The environment at Primrose is welcoming and peaceful. The teachers and staff are kind and nurturing and our baby was treated like a family member by his teachers. We are so happy that both our children had great experiences at Primrose Upper Kirby.

We felt very welcomed by the school staff. The communication was excellent, as were the facilities for the children. I just think there should be more assistants to improve the child-to-adult ratio in the classroom. Other than that, I loved everything about the school.

We love the school and the teachers. Overall it's very well run. We do wish that there is a bit less turnover in the front office. The communication between the school and parents is perfect. It's better to over communicate than under so we appreciate that. We are enjoying all the summer activities planned for the kids.

Primrose has been a great experience for our one year old daughter. We love to see the updates on the app and see pictures of all the enriching activities she does each day! The teachers and staff love and care for her so well and are quick to communicate with us!

I am giving a score of 9 because I think the fundamentals, the leadership and the teachers are all positives. Leadership and teachers are very good at listening and communicating. I would give a 10 if the food choices (lunch and snacks) were healthier. Not a reflection on the chef, but the food and ingredients themselves. Thanks.

When our family first started here at Primrose we were worried about how our son would adjust coming to a new school. Especially, growing up during covid - staying at home for such a long time did not make the transition to school easy for those early years. Drop-offs have been really difficult for our son, but we were absolutely amazed at how quickly it took our son to adjust well to drop-offs at Primrose.

The staff is so wonderful! Always warm and welcoming. My son's teachers (Ms. Precious, Ms. Shelby, and Ms. Natalie) are top-notch! Love this school and so does my son.

8/10 I love the use of Procare The meals are balanced and diverse I love the activities the kiddos are exposed to What could be improved on is the language barrier in verbal communication.
