The staff is amazing. Both of my children started there at 3 months old, and their teachers loved them and cared for them like they were their own children. It made my transition back to work much easier knowing my babies were in good hands. As my children have grown, I've loved the curriculum they get in their classes, and I felt like my son was more than prepared to start school with a strong foundation.

The teachers and staff all work to build relationships with my child and other children in the school. This is positive relationship is evident when I pick up and drop off my daughter at school. Additionally, when I ask my daughter if she wants to go to school, I get a very happy yes! I am extremely relieved that my wife and I made the right decision.

Primrose has been a part of our lives since our son was 4 months old. He's 8 now!! I appreciate we are still able to participate in Parents Night Out events and the Summer Explorer program. THANK YOU !! Everyone has always treated us like we are family and the love and support shown through all milestones has been amazing!

We couldn’t be happier with the care, love, and learning our two children receive at this daycare. From the very first day, the staff welcomed our family with open arms and made us feel completely at ease. Both of our kids look forward to going every morning—they come home smiling, full of stories, and often humming songs they’ve learned during the day. The teachers are incredibly nurturing and attentive, treating every child as if they were their own. The environment is safe, clean, and full of creative, age-appropriate activities that support both play and learning. We’ve noticed such positive growth in our children—emotionally, socially, and academically—since joining the program. Communication is excellent, too. We always feel informed about our children’s day, progress, and any upcoming events. The staff truly go the extra mile to build a strong relationship with parents and create a warm community. We’re deeply grateful to have found a place where our children are not only well cared for, but also genuinely loved and inspired every day. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a daycare that combines heart, safety, and outstanding early education.

We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible team at Primrose School of Valley Ranch. From day one, their communication has been outstanding—always clear, timely, and thoughtful. They're consistently attentive to our son’s needs and go out of their way to include us in his day-to-day experiences, which gives us so much peace of mind as working parents. They’ve been flexible and supportive whenever our schedule throws a curveball, and we’ve never once felt like a burden. Their staff is always available, approachable, and genuinely invested in our child's growth and happiness. The fun activities, creative learning approaches, and warm environment make every day exciting for our son. Most importantly, we know he is safe, cared for, and thriving. We couldn’t be happier with the care and support our 18-month-old has received from Primrose and the amazing teachers from the young toddler class- Miss Alexa and Miss Saloni. From day one, they have shown incredible patience, warmth, and dedication in nurturing his growth and development. Their gentle approach and engaging activities have helped him become more confident and curious every day. It’s truly heartwarming to see how excited he is to go to school, and we know it’s because of the safe and loving environment they have created. Primrose goes above and beyond to ensure each child feels valued, supported, and encouraged. Their communication with parents is excellent, keeping us updated on milestones and daily experiences.
