We've been at Walnut Creek for the past 3 years and have a wonderful experience! From the ownership, management, all the teachers and staff, they are all top notch and have been wonderful to our daughter and our entire family!

Everyone is attentive to my kiddo and his needs, and he is learning so much! He loves his teachers and class, even though drop-off is still hard. His teachers do a great job of helping him transition in the morning, even though it's the hardest part of his day.

Our child really enjoys attending Primrose and tells me about the different activities they have done. The teachers are wonderful, caring, and are fully engaged with the students. They take the time to communicate updates regularly about how my child is doing. Primrose's curriculum is top notch, and it provides a variety of hands on learning activities about academics and character development. We feel like our child will be prepared for Kindergarten. All of the staff at Primrose are great and they care about the children and their families. Whenever I have a question or concern, they would it address it immediately and also follow up as needed to see if everything is okay. Thank you Primrose!

We have been here for almost 2 years now and the whole experience has been wonderful! The owner, directors and staff are all so great. They are patient with our daughter and cater to her needs. It really is just more than a childcare facility!

Everything! Literally Everything! The Staff!,the positive,safe,and clean environment! The awesome way they take care of the children! The curriculum, I can go on and on they are awesome! I also like how the location my child attends is directly next door to a kids urgent care facility this is a terrific bonus!!!

Primrose is so organized! They are great with communication and truly care about our kids! They make sure every child is known by name. When we drop off or pick up, whoever is at the front desk will say hi or bye Lily! We also love how small and close knit it is! We are glad we got into primrose when we did! They have been a blessing.

We love the school and all the staff here at Primrose Walnut Creek! Our daughter has been attending school here for 2 years now and we've had nothing but wonderful experiences since day one. The Franklin's, who own the school, have done such an outstanding job making us feel at home and welcome. We cannot say enough good things about the teachers that we have had during our time here and we are very blessed to have them in our daughter's life!

We LOVE Primrose at Walnut Creek. The teachers are amazing and are so caring and loving to the children.

My daughter was at Primrose Grand Peninsula before starting at Primrose Walnut Creek. We liked Grand Peninsula, but much prefer Walnut Creek. My daughter clearly loves her teachers at Walnut Creek and has made great friends. She has started "playing school" at home and while she pretends to be a teacher she models excellent teaching skills and kindness; you can tell she's learned this by example. She does not complain about any negative behavior from other kids and clearly has a great time every day. The teachers make sure to update me whenever I pick her up. Walnut Creek also sends many more updates and sends photos almost every day. The (limited) homework at Walnut Creek has been much more age-appropriate than at Grand Peninsula. My goals for my preschooler are that she (1) socialize with children her age, (2) develop positive associations with school, and (3) begin to learn classroom etiquette and daily rhythms. Anything else is a bonus as long as it does not interfere with those goals. That being said, I am very pleasantly surprised by how much she is learning and advancing.
