I have been with two different locations…. One location was great about building rapports with parents and students. The other wasn’t as social with parents but still wonderful with the children.

My son has received amazing care at primrose school of Walnut Creek since the age of 5m, and we ars truly grateful for the dedication and compassion of the staff. They create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where he feels happy, valued, and excited to learn each day. The teachers are patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in his growth they praise his milestones and help build his confidence by encouraging his social, emotional, and academic development. Their consistent communication and genuine care have given our family peace of mind, knowing he is in a place where he is supported, encouraged, and loved. We deeply appreciate the positive impact they have had on his development, and overall well-being.

We've had a great experience at Primrose so far. My son is excited to see his teachers everyday and knowing he's having fun and being so well cared for makes it much easier leaving him. I love that it truly feels like all the teachers at the school (not just those in his classroom) take the time to get to know students and greet them enthusiastically. I love the daily updates and photos I receive through the app. The school also does such a great job with extra activities for families such as the Halloween parade, take and bake pizza night, and breakfast with Santa.

Primrose is very welcoming once you walk in the door. Everyone knows my child’s name and greets him, which lessens his fear. His teacher is great and very patient and attentive with all the toddlers. Facility is clean, spacious, and colorful, exactly how we imagine a school to look like.

Honestly EVERYTHING!! From the main staff to all the teachers, they really all go out of their way in great detail to provide a tremendous experience for the students and the parents in such a thorough Way, all while educating to a supreme level,Primrose is truly incredible. I’m so glad I decided on this school for my daughter.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this school so far. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming and warm. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the children and make a strong effort to keep families engaged and informed. One of the things I appreciate most is receiving photos throughout the week—it gives us peace of mind knowing our child is happy, safe, and thriving. All of the teachers are so sweet and attentive, and it really feels like a nurturing environment. We’re very happy to be part of this school community!

Since our daughter started attending, we’ve seen such amazing growth in her confidence, curiosity, and social skills. It’s clear that she feels safe, supported, and genuinely cared for by her teachers.

This school has been amazing for my child. The curriculum covers a wide array of academic topics that involves writing, reading, hands-on projects, play-based activities, math, science, health and many more. I also appreciate that Primrose teaches about different important aspects of building character. The teachers are top notch, and they are very kind, caring, helpful and provides clear communication about my child's progress. The administrative staff are also wonderful. My child has really enjoyed her Primrose experience, especially in the summers. It will be bittersweet as my child will be leaving Primrose to attend kindergarten. We will miss this school. We highly recommend Primrose at Walnut Creek!

We joined the Primrose Family in June and the Infant II program/curriculum has exceeded our expectations. Our daughter is developing new skills on a weekly basis and we could not be happier! As working parents, we seek a place that is safe and has stability for our growing child, and Primrose has given us this. We love the diverse summer program with daily activities and themes, we can't wait to see what the new year bring us!
