The teachers have been great. I know we all loved Shirley but it's hard to believe the infant room got the level of care it could have when she was there. I couldn't imagine what would have happened in an emergency situation.
I think the leadership decision making has been solid. I don't remember a situation where I thought you guys should have done more. I appreciate the consistent cheerfulness coming from behind the front desk day in and day out. I know that's got to be hard to maintain sometimes.
Obviously the price is on the higher end but I think it's worth it for the peace of mind.

Melanie & the entire Primrose Ward Parkway Team greet our family with big smiles and warm welcomes each morning and afternoon. The beautiful, safe and loving environment Primrose creates for our little ones is second to none. As first time parents with many new challenges & concerns, Primrose Ward Parkway has been one of the absolute best blessings we could ever receive.

Excellent facility with top notch facilities. That family and staff feel like they are family and truly care about children. They provide meals for the children and backpacks which is sweet. Wish the administration would provide more communication about staff and teacher changes. We’re had teachers leave a classroom and have had zero communication or emails regarding their last day etc to be able to talk to our child about this big change for them.

We have been impressed with the preschool and the environment it provides for our daughter. The teachers are incredibly nurturing, and they create such a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. My daughter is always excited to go to school, and I can see how much she’s growing emotionally, socially, and academically. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about each child's development. I feel grateful for the wonderful experience she’s having at Primrose!

I have been with Primrose since they opened after construction, entrusting them with both of my children. The leadership team's energy, integrity, and positivity are truly infectious. It's evident that they're passionate about what they do, and it reflects in every aspect of their care. My kids have not only grown up with some of their best friends there but also in an environment where kindness and support from both staff and fellow parents abound. We're incredibly thankful for the hard work and dedication of the entire team at Primrose. I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for an exceptional experience for their children.
