I love the curriculum, how teachers and management are structured and caring to the kids.
Love the collaborative style that all staff has with parents as it relates to child development
One thing that I struggle and should be adresses is the attitude of staff at front desk- especially 1-2 people never smiles, doesn’t say good morning/ good evening/ hi and barely responds when asked. The low and negative energy is not a good for for Primrose Wayne
Our toddler absolutely loves this school. The teachers have been wonderful, and I love that it truly feels like a school rather than just a daycare. She is learning to write, participates in engaging educational and physical activities, and has grown tremendously since starting. Her language skills exploded, she's become much more social, and she's even expanded the variety of foods she'll eat thanks to the fresh meals provided. We have seen so much growth in her and would highly recommend this school to other families.
I like the new extra curricular programs that were added as options to the curriculum, especially the ones that let the children outside for extra time during the day.
There is structure to the program that provides not only a safe space for my child but also educational and developmental activities. The facility is well maintained and the staff are professional and friendly.
We have had a positive experience at Primrose School with two children. Our children enjoy going to school, love their teachers, and have learned so much. Our school aged child was very well prepared for Kindergarten when the time came. The teachers and staff post frequent photos and updates, and quickly communicate when issues arise. When there have been challenges such as potty training, they were understanding and worked with us to create successful plans of action.
We have had the most amazing experience with our daughter and wish we found Primrose sooner !
Very compassionate and supportive teachers who create a safe and loving learning environment
Since starting last year, my daughter has truly been thriving and learning so much. She’s excited to go to school every morning, which says a lot about the environment and care provided here. She absolutely loves her teachers, and they are always attentive, communicative, and proactive about keeping us updated through the app with photos and details about her daily activities.
One thing that stands out to me is how seriously they take parent feedback. Whether it’s adjusting bottle schedules, accommodating food substitutions, or modifying nap times, the team is always willing to listen and work with us to support our daughter’s needs.
A huge thank you to the teachers in Infant 1 and Infant 2, as well as the front desk administrators who step in to help whenever needed. Their dedication and teamwork truly show.
The only negative has been situations where other parents send children in while sick, which can unfortunately lead to illnesses spreading. Even then, the Primrose staff does an excellent job communicating any illnesses promptly and keeping parents informed.
Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience and are very grateful for the care and support our daughter receives every day. They say it takes a village to raise an infant and Primerose in Wayne is a village I would choose again and again!
We feel so fortunate that both of our sons attended Primrose. The education, care, and support they received were truly exceptional. The teachers and staff created such a nurturing environment, and we will always be grateful for the strong foundation they helped build for our children. Thank you for everything you do for families and students.
My son has truly thrived since starting at Primrose in September. The faculty create a welcoming environment that makes the school feel like home. It means so much knowing he receives such high quality, loving, and nurturing care each day.
The staff are amazing. Day in and day out, they truly care for your children. Both of our boys went here and have excelled academically. Thank you again for everything!
Our daughter has thrived at Primrose! She's attended from Infants to Pre-K2 and will have her Graduation this spring. Her reading and math skills are great and her social skills are wonderful. She is kind, thoughtful and has made wonderful friends during her time at the school. She looks forward to learning new things and enjoys helping her friends each day. We're so happy with the staff and would highly recommend the school.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Wayne. From day one, we felt confident leaving our child in their care. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. The teachers always greet our child with a smile and makes sure every child feels included.
I like he overall structured approach and the diversity. Moving on will be tough as I see the strong relationships between the children and the staff. I also enjoyed the updating via their phone application. This provided me with peace of mind on the well being of my child.
Love the teachers and the structure Primrose provides to the children. My daughter feels very safe and has learned so much. The only negative I have to say is that parking is getting worse and worse and when you have rushing to pick up or drop off your kid, it is a bit frustrating. And forget it if there is a school event, the parking situation is awful and just causes mayhem.
We love the teachers that our daughter has had so far. It makes our day to hear her come home and talk about how much she enjoys seeing them and her friends. It’s very comforting whenever we drop Sophia off and pick her up and have time to chat with the teachers telling us about Sophia. It creates such an open trustworthy line of communication. One thing that I think can be improved is friendliness/engagement at the front desk in the morning. I know that on days when I see April and Sam at the front desk they greet us by using our names and in a friendly manner without hesitation. On days when Nicole is at the front desk at best we get a good morning and she will look up from what she’s doing. Having a friendly personalized greeting in the morning really makes a difference. All of the ladies at the front at the end of the day are always super friendly and engaging. I loved the idea of the parents night out and parents mingle. Would love to see more opportunities to connect with other parents. Whether it’s having class moms or a little committee for events to continue to build the strong community could be a huge asset. It would also be nice to have some sort of observation days or a summary of skills that are being worked on in a class in a given week so we can continue the learning at home. I think it would be beneficial when a child is moving to a new class for time to be set aside for the parents to be able to meet with the teachers; similar to back to school night setting but every time they move up. Overall, we’re very happy at Primrose, just wanted to throw in some ideas of what I think would be nice to see.
