We have had such a wonderful experience at Primrose School of West Allen! My son is currently in the Pre-K class, and we couldn’t be happier with the growth we’ve seen in him. The teachers are warm, patient, and truly dedicated to creating a positive learning environment. They take the time to get to know each child individually and meet them where they are, which has helped my son thrive both academically and socially. The curriculum is well-balanced—he comes home excited to share what he’s learned, from early reading and math skills to science activities and character-building lessons. I also appreciate the strong communication from the staff and how they keep us updated throughout the day, giving us peace of mind that he is safe, engaged, and cared for. Most importantly, my son genuinely loves going to school every day. Seeing his confidence and independence grow has been such a joy for our family. I would highly recommend Primrose School of West Allen to any parent looking for a nurturing, structured, and high-quality early education program.

Incredibly supportive and communicative staff. The culture is inclusive, diverse and welcoming. Teachers are legendary and the curriculum top notch. Our children have thrived at Primrose West Allen and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We highly recommend this school. Lot of activities for toddlers. The only thing was off is administration/payment abit behind if there is any issue and if they could send or approve kid photo within timely manner instead of end of the day. we sure want to see how our kid doing theoughout the day not right before we pick them up

I speak so highly of the school and staff to everyone I know! I'm continually impressed by everything the school has to offer. Student and teacher ratios, curriculum, the meal plan, learning opportunities, extra-curricular programs, I could seriously go on and on! I feel so lucky to have found this specific Primrose (we had tried a different one previously) and I can say they are not the same and that's a testament to the owners and every single staff hire. I'm so appreciative of the things and all the effort that goes in to making it fun for the children (think splash days), while also the thought that goes into staff appreciation (think the occasional potluck for the teachers), which I think speaks volume to why their teacher retention is so high and that's EVERYTHING when it comes to the care of our children. Thank you all so much!!

Our son has been enrolled at Primrose West Allen for the past 2.5 years, and the entire staff truly feels like family. We know every day that he is safe, loved, and learning. The growth we’ve seen in him - both academically and socially - has been incredible. He constantly surprises us with the new skills he brings home from school. We feel so fortunate to have found this community and can’t imagine a better place for him to learn and grow.

The staff is super supportive and extremely kind, always so helpful with the questions concerns I have as a parent, would definitely love to hear more about the curriculum as we start new class every year.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Primrose! Our older son attended, and now our daughter is currently enrolled and absolutely loves it. The staff is incredibly caring and supportive, and her teachers have made such a positive impact, she looks forward to going to school every day. We also love how Primrose celebrates families with special events like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Grandparents Day. It really creates such a warm and inclusive environment. We’re so grateful to be part of the Primrose community again!

The whole staff is phenomenal! We’ve been going here for 4 years and will be here for the next 4 with our newest addition! They treat all the kiddos like their own and we couldn’t be happier!

Teachers are great and motivated to actually teach the children. The team at primrose seem to be in good sync om what needs to have. The school is always being maintained which to us is a good sign the management cares for it
