The owners and staff of Primrose West Allen have always been so good to my son and family. They are kind and loving and always do the right thing for my child. We know when we drop him off there, he will be safe and loved and will come home smarter each day!

We've been sending our son to Primrose West Allen for nearly two years and have loved our experience. It's a school that has allowed us to build community both within and outside of the classroom and we feel that it is a safe, loving, supportive, educational, and fun environment for our little boy!

There isn’t a single thing we don’t love about Primrose, except that we know our girl is growing up and will have to leave one day, which is so bittersweet. The best teachers and staff, and the best friends for our daughter!

The teachers love these kids like their own and do a wonderful job with the curriculum. I always feel like my kids are fully prepared for public school after their Primrose program. The staff is also amazing and always start our day off with smiles. The summer program is so worthwhile for their various learning activities and weekly field trips. This is our last year at Primrose and this school and the teachers will always have a special place in our hearts!

The owners/operators of my location and their common sense approach. As well as their appetite for feedback. This trickles down from the top to ensure the rest of the staff understand and follow common sense expectations. They are also eager to know and share in helping our family's journey in nurturing our children's growth. They promote a partnership that is truly inclusive within the bounds of the immediate community/society.

The school has a great atmosphere and a strong sense of community. Besides the fact that kids love the school, I want to highlight that all the processes in place—schedule, communication, transportation—create a great sense of reliability and trust. Everything is so well-organized and dependable that it gives you confidence that, no matter what’s happening in the world today, everything will be alright at Primrose. It’s a great feeling. So huge thank you to the teachers and leadership team for their hard work and dedication in providing this sense of trust to many families.

I love how the staff all know each individual student makes me feel comfortable with knowing they care to know each kid that walks into the building. Everyone makes me feel comfortable and the girls really love all the teachers there.

We LOVE Primrose! From the front office to the teachers, to the wonderful lunch lady Ms. Ashley! They all know each child by name and are always so loving and caring. We only had one child and I am very protective but I never have to worry when my son is at Primrose. Would recommend Primrose to everyone!

We have spent the past year and a half at this school, and we truly believe we couldn’t have made a better choice for our child. This school fosters a vibrant community of learners, enabling our child to thrive both socially and academically. Beyond the classroom, the school provides a wide range of activities that encourage connections among families, creating a strong sense of community. The staff are not only professional but also approachable and personable. Overall, we feel the value of the education and experience offered here is exceptional, making the cost of tuition well worth it.
