We and our LO luv this school. She is a shy girl but adjusted very well with her teachers. Staffs are very nice and friendly. We would like to send our 2nd child here as well but due to some issue with older infant class we had to keep 2nd baby at home with nanny then find different daycare when he is older for older infant class. We do love younger infant class here but do not prefer to register for young infant then withdraw then register again for young toddler. That is the only cons. Otherwise highly recommend.

Primrose has been nothing but amazing for both of my kids! They do a wonderful job of providing daily updates as well as pictures of activities my kids are participating in throughout the day. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids in their care. I would recommend Primrose School of West Allen to anyone looking to get their kids enrolled in quality childcare.😊

The one point I deducted is because I wish all teacher conferences or teacher training days were aligned with the Allen ISD schedule, which would help parents better manage childcare. Otherwise, the leadership and staff do a great job listening to our concerns and providing the support we need.

Our two children have been a part of the Primrose community since they were infants and the experience has truly been remarkable. It is hard leaving your 3 month old to go back to work and the teachers at Primrose made it so much easier and always felt like family. Our daughter graduated from the pre-k program and had a great experience and our son is following the same path. We love Primrose!

My kids have been attending Primrose West Allen for two years. Primrose WA teachers and staff are incredibly attentive. Everyone at the school is kind to parents and students, and I’ve never encountered a staff member or teacher (including the amazing Chef Ashley) who doesn’t know the names of both of my kids, even if they’ve never had them in class. The school is clean. The environment is welcoming. There’s really not enough good things I can say about this school. Send your kids here.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Primrose School of West Allen! My son is currently in the Pre-K class, and we couldn’t be happier with the growth we’ve seen in him. The teachers are warm, patient, and truly dedicated to creating a positive learning environment. They take the time to get to know each child individually and meet them where they are, which has helped my son thrive both academically and socially. The curriculum is well-balanced—he comes home excited to share what he’s learned, from early reading and math skills to science activities and character-building lessons. I also appreciate the strong communication from the staff and how they keep us updated throughout the day, giving us peace of mind that he is safe, engaged, and cared for. Most importantly, my son genuinely loves going to school every day. Seeing his confidence and independence grow has been such a joy for our family. I would highly recommend Primrose School of West Allen to any parent looking for a nurturing, structured, and high-quality early education program.

Incredibly supportive and communicative staff. The culture is inclusive, diverse and welcoming. Teachers are legendary and the curriculum top notch. Our children have thrived at Primrose West Allen and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We highly recommend this school. Lot of activities for toddlers. The only thing was off is administration/payment abit behind if there is any issue and if they could send or approve kid photo within timely manner instead of end of the day. we sure want to see how our kid doing theoughout the day not right before we pick them up
