Primrose is our first daycare experience. When our daughter started, Ms. Korena Morris and Ms. Jenafir Thompson were the best possible teachers we could have hoped for. Our daughter adored them and they made the whole experience great. As she has grown, she is learning new things and has made great friends. We feel safe sending her to Primrose, which is the most important thing.

The staff is so nice and friendly and you can tell they genially care about my child and it isn’t just because it is their job. It has been such a pleasant experience and made me feel calm as a first time parent.

How friendly all the staff is. The clean environment everyday (nothing just sitting in the halls to clutter it like some Daycare's we've been too). There were periods of turnover, but consistent child care providers has always been important to us, and we had that for the most part. Fun activity days for Ellie to look forward too (water day, bike day, soccer shots, etc.). Overall, this has been a wonderful experience for us and Ellie to be a part of. We've always appreciated Primrose and look forward to continuing our time there in the Explorers classes.

I love the teachers and staff. Mrs. Byrge is AMAZING and she takes the time to not only teach the kids something new everyday but she takes the time to get to know everyone and make everyone feel like family.

Primrose was exactly what we were looking for for our kids. The staff was as friendly as could be. The socializing with other kids, basic learning skills and getting the kids ready for Kindergarten.

We love Primrose West Chester and are so happy to send our girls there! The teachers are amazing and form strong relationships with the kids, making everyday fun. We know that when the kids are at school, they are loved and in great hands. Mr. Haynes for Pre-K and Ms. Thompson and Ms. Morris in the young toddlers classes are phenomenal!

Our Primrose experience accomplished exactly what we were hoping to obtain. Before entering kindergarten, we wanted both of our children to get social experience with other kids and learn basic skills. As a result, kids passed their kindergarten screening with flying colors and have made friends that they continue to see outside of the Primrose classroom. Wonderful experience.
