Owner (Rhea) and her staff have genuinely gotten to know our son. Our son enjoys being at Primrose and talks about his friends at home (says their names, etc). In particular our son adores Ms. Mayerly!

We have been with Primrose in West Des Moines since they opened in early 2025. We are extremely happy with all aspects of the school. The growth and experience that our children have had, have been what we were looking for. I particularly like the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance that the children participate in as it reminds me of my own childhood! [FIRST NAME REMOVED] H. [LAST NAME REMOVED]

Communication is the best I’ve ever experienced with a daycare and commitment to helping the children grow with development and learning is unmatched! Many safety measures in place as well so I never worry.

I appreciate the teachers! They are great with my child, especially when she is challenging. They provide loving boundaries and have age appropriate expectations. I feel like they truly love my child and value our family. I feel my child is learning a lot with a strong curriculum and teachers who know how to implement it. The facility is beautiful and clean. I appreciate being greeted by a member of the staff everyone morning. The extra activities (Trunk or Treat, workout opportunities, parents day out) are a bonus!

The staff are very attentive, and I feel that they have gotten to know my toddler. They do more than just "watch" him and seem interested in his development and happiness.

We were looking for a new care center to take our daughter to after attending a different center for around 7 months. It is like night and day now that we’re attending Primrose. The staff is all so caring, attentive, and communicative. One of our biggest priorities was transparency from the teachers and staff and we definitely feel like we get that at Primrose. Our daughter seems much happier to be at Primrose and I actually believe the teachers and staff care about my daughter, not just seeing her as a number to manage.

We love the teachers and staff at Primrose. My child feels very welcome and she loves coming every day. We feel this environment has helped her learn so many valuable things. I love the animals and the values they represent, and how they are discussed in classes.

We have been most impressed by the class room teachers and their love & care for the students. In addition the facilities are great, communication has been proactive, and the leadership from the administration has been wonderful. We would highly recommend Primrose WDM to others looking for daycare.

Our child seems engaged and entertained. Lots of pictures get sent. Staff know my son by name when he arrives.

Super friendly staff who is professional and knowledgeable for parents and kind and supportive for children. I also really appreciate the consistency in staff and in my child’s daily routine. It can take a leap of faith leaving my child with a stranger, but it’s soothing to him and me knowing the same friendly face is there each morning.

The curriculum allows for a fun learning experience and everything serves an educational purpose, our daughter has advanced very quickly in the short time she has been enrolled. The staff are very professional, yet personable and amazing at what they do!
