Primrose has wonderful teachers, admin, and management. Everyone is loving, welcoming, and professional. I know my kids are safe and well-cared for, and that they are learning and being exposed to lots of different activities every day when they are at school. Everything is intentional and well-considered, from the classrooms and playgrounds to the meals and extracurricular activities.

The team is so engaged from the nutrition staff all the way to ownership. Primrose has set, and continues to set, my son and our family up for success.

Leadership is everything. The teachers lead the classrooms well, which results in our kids learning in a positive environment. The office staff lead the school and teachers well, which means the environment of the school is positive. Teachers who don’t even have my kids know their names and give them hugs. We have 3 kids at West Hefner Pointe and couldn’t be happier. Our kids self esteem is sky high due to their incredible days.

Primrose has been such a blessing for our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth, structure, and genuine care that goes into everything they do. The teachers don’t just educate, they truly invest in each child, taking the time to understand their personalities, strengths, and needs. My daughter is excited to go to school, confident in herself, and constantly surprising us with how much she’s learning both academically and emotionally. The communication is outstanding, the environment is safe and nurturing, and it’s clear that every detail is thoughtfully designed with the children’s growth and happiness in mind. We are incredibly grateful for the love, patience, and dedication the Primrose staff shows every single day. Choosing Primrose was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter’s foundation, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Our experience at Primrose so far has been amazing. Charli seems to be so happy and learning something new every day. We are so impressed and grateful for all of her teachers. Miss Fran, Miss Daisy and Miss Savannah are all so sweet and care for Charli so well. She lights up when she sees them every morning! Everyone we’ve met at Primrose so far has been so kind and helpful as we navigate this chapter as first time parents!

I love that the staff knows my child’s name and interact with him as soon as we enter the building. All the extra things the school does for the kids and families throughout the year is super thoughtful and something I did not except. Overall we’ve had a wonderful experience!

Primrose has exceeded my expectations. The curriculum is amazing and my kids have learned so much since starting. The cleanliness of the entire building brings peace of mind, especially during sick season. I have never seen anything gross or messy in any of my kids’ classes. Considering that it’s a daycare and I have three kids in three different classes, that’s really saying something. The directors, teachers, owners and support staff are all kind, positive and professional. The communication is very helpful and reassuring throughout the day. We would recommend Primrose, specifically of West Hefner Point, to all our friends and family. In fact, my niece now goes to Primrose Yukon.

We have loved our experience at Primrose and our son has thrived! He talks about his friends at school and is excited to see his teachers each morning. We feel so confident about him attending every time we come in to the school and really love how everyone from the front desk administrators to other class teachers in his age group will greet him by name. It was so important to me in him starting a school program that he feel just as celebrated and loved as he does at home and we really get that with Primrose.

Organization! From the very moment we took a tour, through the enrollment process and first day of attendance everything ran so smooth! Communication! The teachers, staff, and management always seem to be on the same page and work as a team! Newsletters, calendar handouts, child art folders, and weekly updates help me as a parent stay involved and up to date! I love it! Staff camaraderie! Everyone who I have encountered so far whether it’s management, teacher or other staff have been helpful and genuine. They seem to love their job and all have respect for each other. It makes me feel confident in dropping my child off at a place with caring and loving staff! Primrose West Hefner has exceeded our expectations in care and environment. I never thought I feel so comfortable leaving our son with other people. I love that they have a schedule and learning curriculum from infants on. Our toddler has become more confident and outgoing since starting at Primrose and loves spending time with his friends and teachers.

We have loved having our daughter at Primrose! The teachers and staff are so caring and attentive. They make safety and learning top priority which is so important to us. It is very clean and well maintained. The communication is top notch. We also have noticed strides in our daughter’s development!
