Our daughter had a wonderful experience in this school. Now she is in elementary school, but misses her time at Primrose, and wanted to go back for summer camp. All staff members and teachers are wonderful and truly care about the children. I would recommend this school to friends, colleagues and family members.

At Primrose, everyone is diligent about knowing all the kids’ names. It gives a strong sense of community. The teachers and directors are top notch! They communicate well and are always willing to work with us on resolving any behavioral issues that may arise. I feel supported and heard, and that makes such a difference! I love receiving updates and pictures from my son’s day. It helps me feel connected when I’m at work.

All the office staff knows my child's name, greets them as we walk in. The staff in the rooms take time to know about what is going on in my child's life. Everyone is always friendly. They have the appropriate staff hired so if there is an illness with the staff, the room is covered and does not close. Plan a lot of fun things during the summer break.

We can’t say enough good things about Primrose of West Knoxville. From day one, we have felt so welcomed and supported by everyone at the school. The teachers are truly the heart of it all. They are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. Our daughter absolutely adores them, and we’ve seen her blossom in so many ways since starting here.
The staff communicates clearly, and the structure of the day gives her a great mix of learning, creativity, and play. We love how intentional everything feels, from the curriculum to the way they build confidence and kindness in the kids. It is a huge comfort knowing she is not only safe but genuinely cared for.
Primrose has become like a second home for our family, and we’re so thankful to be part of this community.

We have been so grateful for Primrose West Knox! Every one is so friendly and helpful. As first time parents, we have been so grateful for their guidance and support. They celebrate diversity and make everyone feel welcome, which has been so wonderful. And provide lots of opportunities for family involvement. We love PSWK!

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose so far. As first time parents, we were very nervous about where to send our baby. I know that when I take our daughter to school, she is safe, happy and loved. I know that she is getting the best care possible at PSWK. We love her teachers, all the assistant teachers and the admin staff. They have all been so welcoming, inclusive and helpful.

Leadership and staff are incredible. We have two children that have gone to Primrose West since 2017 and could not have asked for a better experience. They are fully engaged and involved with your child’s development and know when to hold them back or move them forward and do it with the child’s best interest at heart. The staff and leadership love your children like they are their own!!

We have been at Primrose for the last 4 years and are very happy! The administrative staff and teachers are friendly and always take time out of their day to speak to us. The facility is always clean. I really enjoy the updates that we receive on the app, whether it be the lessons the kids learned that day or pictures of them! It's nice to be able to talk to my about something they learned that day. Overall, we're very happy!

Primrose, the faculty, the administration, the program, the facility, everything! is wonderful. Our daughter has attended Primrose since she was 18 months old and will soon be graduating to Kindergarten. She has learned so much and grown so much as a person due in large part to the warm, comforting atmosphere of Primrose. The people have really become family, and our daughter has made some wonderful friends in her class. She really enjoys going, which is so important. And, on a more serious note, we really like the keypad lock at the front door and the requirement that individuals who pick up your child must be authorized by you in advance. The outer doors to the playground lock automatically as well. In short, Primrose is a place we feel comfortable dropping our daughter off each day knowing that she is safe and cared for. We highly recommend Primrose!
