We've loved our experience with Primrose over the past couple of years. My reason for a 9 is that there was a period where the teachers were not a good fit (early Preschool) and there was also a period where tablets were used in daycare and we were unaware initially. But administration has always listened and responded to our concerns, which is great. We have felt seen and heard. Our child loves Primrose. We really appreciate the option to go part time as long as possible and the fact that a good meal and snacks are served. Primrose West Lake is a beautiful, cozy campus that is a good fit for us at this juncture. Thank you!

We have loved our son's experience at Primrose Westlake Hills. The staff has been amazing throughout his several years as a student. We will be sad to move on after the summer program. The teachers have always been kind and attentive to my son and the other students. The education has prepared him to excel in Kindergarten, and the social aspect has prepared him to make new friends and feel confident in new settings.

Really wonderful staff. Our kiddo loves school and his teachers. He has learned so much so fast! He is learning sign language, to speak, to identify colors and animals, to sing, to mime, and so much more. We are grateful for Primrose.

The environment is very safe and welcoming. My child enjoys going to daycare to see her friends and teachers. Plus she is learning and engaged!

We have been very happy with Primrose. The environment always seems happy and I love the fun stuff they do for the holidays. It is a cheerful place! Most of the teachers have always been receptive to my feedback which is very nice. An area of improvement would be to train the teachers more on baby/toddler sleep and for the schedules to align with the correct wake windows to optimize better sleep practices. They have improved on the food since the new chef (Latrice) started. I am so happy to see less processed snacks! There is still a decent amount of turn over so would like to see it get back to a more stable place.

From our very first call, we knew Primrose of West Lake Hills was different. We were transferring our daughter from a poorly run daycare (not associated with Primrose Schools), and it was such a relief to meet the caring staff and tour the welcoming environment. From day one, she was loved and nurtured by her teachers, and we watched her vocabulary and independence grow tremendously during her time there. We only transferred because a new location opened closer to our home, eliminating a 40-minute commute—otherwise, we would have happily stayed. We highly recommend Primrose of West Lake Hills!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Primrose! From the moment our son started, we’ve felt so supported by the loving teachers and warm community. Ms. Shelby and Ms. Renee have been absolute angels, so nurturing, patient, and genuinely invested in his growth. Our son lights up when we arrive each morning, and that peace of mind is truly priceless. It’s clear how much thought and heart go into every part of the day. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like a second home. Thank you, Primrose, for taking such incredible care of our sweet boy!

Overall, a wonderful school. The campus is intimate, colorful, safe and full of trees. The staff is overall helpful. We had one teacher we did not care for as they did not understand our child and their teaching methods were harsher than we are okay with. But the current teachers caring for our child are absolutely wonderful. We know they love them. The school does not always communicate transitions or expectations well. We are not the only parents that have noticed this - When starting at Primrose and at each class transition, a "what to expect" in terms of day-to-day would be helpful (when next transition might be, to take sippy cups home every day, what goals are in the new class, etc). This has gotten better in our years at Primrose. We enjoy Primrose and so does our child.

We love primrose. The staff and teachers are exceptional. They tend to communicate well. They update the app throughout the day sending pictures and descriptions of the activities for the day.

Primrose feels like my child’s extended family. Everyone is so caring and she is so excited to go to school every morning. The schedule is great and she has learned so much. She will come home saying a new word every day. School has been very accommodating to her dietary restrictions and keeping us informed of any incidents.

Since the first day we have been blown away by every person on staff we have engaged with. The care, the attention to detail, the love and on and on, we have been so pleased with our decision to send our little bug there. Thank you everyone!!!

The teachers and support staff are so friendly and take a genuine care in my child. Morgan has done a great job with the teachers she has hired. The school is always clean. We love the curriculum and the daily updates via ProCare.

We feel comfortable leaving our child under the care of the Primrose staff. She's safe, happy, and her growth has skyrocketed. We always recommend this Primrose location when we can.
