From the very first tour, we felt incredibly welcomed and confident in our decision. The staff took the time to get to know our family and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. That same warmth hasn’t changed- our daughter is greeted daily with kindness, encouragement, and genuine care. You can tell they are compassionate about helping each child grow. Not just academically, but personally as well. After touring multiple schools when we first moved to the area, we knew from day one this was the right place for our daughter and that feeling has only been reinforced since. We are grateful to be part of a dedicated school community at Primrose West Plano.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Primrose School of Plano. The level of care they provide for Emily truly stands out—she is always happy, safe, and clearly well cared for each day. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such a nurturing environment. The entire team is incredibly professional, from the front office to the classroom teachers. Communication is always clear, and they genuinely take the time to connect with both the children and parents. The facility itself is spotless and very well maintained, which reflects how much pride they take in their work. What really makes this school special is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they truly love what they do. The teachers are highly engaged with the kids, creating a fun, structured, and enriching environment where children can learn and grow. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and feel so lucky to have found such a caring and dedicated place for Emily.

We absolutely love Primrose School of West Plano. My son started 7 months ago, and the difference has been incredible. We came from a very bad experience at another daycare, and this has been the complete opposite. From the initial tour, everything was spectacular—organized, warm, and very professional. One thing I really value is that I haven’t seen staff turnover, which brings a lot of stability and trust. They take great care of my son, and you can truly see the attention and care in everything they do. The management team is also excellent—always accessible, responsive, and on top of things. This has truly been a decision that brought us peace of mind and happiness as a family.

Primrose School of West Plano has been wonderful! The teachers and directors are all amazing and always go above and beyond for the students. I've watched my little guy grow so much since we've joined, and it will be a sad day when we leave as he gets ready for big boy school. Thank you to everyone that's been part of our journey so far!

Primrose has been our choice since our 5 year old was 4 months old. Now, our 2 year old is enjoying how wonderful Primrose is. The Front office staff is thoughtful, respectful and some of the best around. Kelsey and Melissa have been wonderful answering my questions about the timing of moving my kids up a class or any concerns I have about their development. Jordan has provided a wonderful curriculum for kids of all learning styles to enjoy. Giana has done a great job letting my children feel welcome every single day! We love it here!
