Primrose has been an incredible experience for our family! My daughter is in the Young Toddlers program, and we absolutely love Ms. Abby—she’s kind, nurturing, and truly goes above and beyond for the children. The school has a warm, family-filled atmosphere that makes us feel right at home.
Since joining Primrose, my daughter has blossomed so much—she’s learned sign language, developed a beautiful personality, and grown more confident every day. I’ve also had the opportunity to connect with other parents, which has led to supportive friendships and fun playdates.
One of our favorite things about Primrose is their creative and engaging summer activities, like splash pad days and family events that truly bring the school community together. It’s clear the staff puts a lot of thought and heart into everything they do. Hands down, one of the best early childhood programs out there!

The staff is very engaging and informative with my husband and I about our son. He has learned so much since starting and we are always so surprised with new things he says or does when he comes home. The staff have been great all around and would definitely recommend anyone to look into education with Primrose.

We’ve been part of the Primrose family for 2 years. All staff and teachers treat me, my husband, and my 2 children like family. Everyone is very professional and caring…more than that I know that my babies are being cared for by people who really love them. My toddler is learning so much with the structure that she needs. I know my infant is getting all the cuddles and snuggles every day. I have not had a single bad experience at Primrose. Thank you, Primrose!

Our child absolutely LOVES Primrose. She is learning so much and has so much fun. She is well cared for and it’s clear her teachers are invested in her and her development. She often says her teachers name when I ask her who her best friend is, lol. Everyone we pass in the halls says hi to her and knows her by name. I would highly recommend Primrose schools, especially West Plano!

From day 1 of touring Primrose, we knew this would be the right place for our little guy. Mrs Richardson and her team of directors were amazing from the start, answering all of my questions. Every teacher we've had so far is so caring and wonderful. They truly do care about making sure we are happy and that our son loves going to school!

Primrose W. Plano has been great for my preschooler. We started him when he was 3. The teachers really care about the growth and development of the kids. The management staff is A-1. They take it upon themselves to greet every single child that comes through the door in the morning with a smile. The staff also team’s up with the child’s teacher to know exactly where your child is developmentally and to aid in helping them grow. Our experience has been great and I would recommend to anyone with young kids.

My daughter attended Primrose School of West Plano 10+ years ago. When we shopped around for a daycare facility for my son when he turned to 1 year old, we found Primrose was still the best in the area. Now my son is 3 years old. We are very satisfied with the service, teachers and management team of the school. I recommend this school all the parents who are looking for a quality daycare for their little ones. Primrose is the BEST!
