I can’t say enough wonderful things about this childcare school. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and genuine care that defines the entire environment. The staff goes above and beyond to make every child feel seen, safe, and valued. It’s clear that they don’t just see this as a job—they truly care about each child’s growth, happiness, and well-being. What stands out most is how attentive and personable the teachers are. They take the time to get to know each child’s unique personality, interests, and needs, and they tailor their approach in a way that makes every child feel special. Communication with parents is excellent—you’re always kept in the loop, and any concerns are met with understanding and prompt action. The atmosphere is both nurturing and engaging, striking the perfect balance between learning and play. Primrose School of West Plano has been wonderful! The teachers and directors are all amazing and always go above and beyond for the students. I've watched my little guy grow so much since we've joined, and it will be a sad day when we leave as he gets ready for big boy school. Thank you to everyone that's been part of our journey so far!

Primrose has been our choice since our 5 year old was 4 months old. Now, our 2 year old is enjoying how wonderful Primrose is. The Front office staff is thoughtful, respectful and some of the best around. Kelsey and Melissa have been wonderful answering my questions about the timing of moving my kids up a class or any concerns I have about their development. Jordan has provided a wonderful curriculum for kids of all learning styles to enjoy. Giana has done a great job letting my children feel welcome every single day! We love it here!

What I loved most about our experience at Primrose School of West Plano is the genuine care and dedication from the teachers and leadership team. What I love most about our Primrose experience—especially in the Young Infant program—is the genuine care and intention behind everything they do. Even at such an early age, the teachers focus on building strong relationships, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting development through purposeful routines and activities. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our baby is loved, engaged, and supported every day, and that character development and balanced learning start from the very beginning.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing! The love and warmth you can feel the minute you step into the daycare is so special. My daughter loves every one there including the front staff - Melissa, Gianna, and Kelsey. We were at a different primrose for 3 years and did not have the same experience, not even close. We are so thankful for the amazing people and staff! Please keep everyone engaged and happy, it truly translates into the environment and staff. Thank you Estela and Mike

Primrose West Plano has truly become a family to us. From the moment we walked through the doors, the teachers and staff have loved my kids as if they were their own. The warmth, patience, and care they show every single day have meant the world to our family. Beyond that, the education they provide is incredible — my kids have learned and grown so much, both academically and socially. It’s amazing to see how excited they are to go to school and how proud they are to share what they’ve learned. Knowing they are surrounded by people who genuinely care for them and are invested in their development has given me such peace of mind. We’re forever grateful for the Primrose West Plano family — they will always have a special place in our hearts. ❤️

We absolutely love everyone at Primrose West Plano! They make you feel like family. Teachers are very proactive. They care about our child so much, they have been such a big part of her development! Management is awesome! Always happy and upbeat. They communicate very well and always have fun events to look forward to. They are the best!

We have had an amazing experience with Primrose of West Plano. The teachers and administration really care about the kids. I feel like my son and daughter are safe there and learning so much more then they would have at home or another daycare center. Highly recommend.

We love having our two girls at Primrose. The administration team and the teachers genuinely care about our girls; it truly feels like a small family here. All the teachers know our girls’ names, even if they aren't in their current class! The fact that many teachers also enroll their own children here speaks volumes. Our girls are always happy when we pick them up, which is the best sign a parent can get. We highly recommend this Primrose location
