The teachers and staff are lovely and very kind. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome as we've only been attending for a little over a month. They helped us with the transition and I feel great about leaving our daughter each day knowing she is getting everything she needs.

We have love the experience at Primrose with both of our children. The staff are always so welcoming and kinds and are happy to help whenever a question may arise. Most importantly they make school fun for the kids. Its so refreshing to see the excitement that our kids have both at the beginning of the day and also when we pick them up. Lastly, the teachers are all so incredible. They are making such huge impacts on these kids!

Amazing director, teachers, and facility!

Great staff who have been at Primrose a long time. Well organised, communication is excellent. Have felt that all staff have really cared for both of our children that have gone through Primrose.

The teachers and staff make Primrose School of West Plymouth a great place to be, our children love it here!

We love absolutely everything about primrose! Teachers, front desk staff, curriculum, how happy our kids are to go every day. The only thing we don’t love is cookie Friday!! My kids either get a cookie and ruin their appetite for a nutritious dinner, or throw a tantrum because they don’t get a cookie. Seems against the goals of balanced nutrition. Why not give out small toys or stickers or coloring pages instead? Thanks for considering :)

This school is more like family than just a center. I am grateful for the strong group of teachers and wonderful atmosphere my kids experience every day. Highly recommend.

My daughter is cared for and attended to, and she learns so much more than she has at other preschool programs.

The teachers are WONDERFUL! I can tell they genuinely care about my child and that shows. My child absolutely loves going to school and they are learning so much.

We loved the curriculum and seeing tangible learning and growth in our daughter's reading and reasoning abilities. The teachers were supportive and very knowledgeable when our daughter went through an attachment phase around the holidays.

We couldn’t be happier with our Primrose experience of the last 6 years. All the teachers and staff know our 3 kids by name—even those outside their classrooms—which makes it feel like a true community. It’s clear they genuinely care about every child’s development and well-being. The leadership is second to none, setting the tone for a warm, supportive, and high-quality environment.

We feel very welcome and our baby just loves being at primrose. The teachers in infant A are truly wonderful and very caring :).

Engaged staff. My daughter has loved her preschool experience!

We have been at Primrose for almost 5 years and can't thank the teachers enough for their kindness. We've watched our daughter grow, learn and truly enjoy being at Primrose. Thank you for everything you do!

It’s hard to put into words just how special Primrose of West Plymouth is. Our son faces challenges related to social, emotional, and behavioral regulation, and rather than viewing him as a difficult or disruptive child, the leadership and teachers at Primrose have truly partnered with us to support his growth with compassion and intention. When we first transitioned to Primrose, our son experienced a few emotionally turbulent weeks. I braced myself for the kind of meeting I’d grown used to his previous pre-K setting—one that would leave me feeling defeated, guilty, and unsure of how to help him succeed. But that’s not what happened. Instead, the school director began the meeting by assuring us that they didn’t expect perfection from our son. She shared that the staff had already met internally to discuss how they, as educators, could better support him. She had asked the teachers to reflect on a moment when he had acted out—and together, they explored the situation from his perspective. They thoughtfully examined what he might have been feeling in that moment and collaborated on new strategies to help him regulate more effectively moving forward. This level of empathy and self-reflection—especially in situations where it would be easy to simply blame the child—is, in my view, the clearest sign of a truly exceptional and compassionate early childhood education environment. The teachers are genuinely committed to learning and adapting. At pick-up, they regularly share insights about the day—what strategies worked well, and where we might continue the conversation at home. Their intellectual curiosity around child development and their deep dedication to helping every student thrive have made an immeasurable difference in our lives. Their patience, resilience, and care in the tougher moments have not gone unnoticed—and we are so grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose of West Plymouth to any family seeking childcare—not only for those with children navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, but for any parent who values kind, engaged, and thoughtful educators who are deeply invested in each child’s success.

The curriculum is great and I think it pushes students. We really enjoy the teachers we have currently and they seem to genuinely care about our child's experience and development.

Teachers are amazing, they are very invested in the child’s development and take good care. The management is also very caring and supportive. The environment is nurturing and my kid feels happy and safe.

The staff is incredible in all possible ways! I know my daughters are getting the opportunities to develop and grow under the teachings of the staff; I know my daughters are safe and cared for and allowed to bring their unique selves to school.

Fantastic staff - feels like a second family. Also a great curriculum all around to prep kids for Kindergarten.
