What an amazing community! The teachers, support staff, and front office are so kind, supportive, and really care about our kiddos’ wellbeing. It’s so special to walk in the door and everyone knows their names and even their likes/ dislikes. So happy we found primrose

As usual Primrose is doing a great job and we're very happy with Connor and Luke's classrooms. We do have one reoccurring concern which is effecting the kids’ safety and mental wellbeing. We’ve noticed that one child in Connor's class is having a hard time with behavior, and on several occasions during pickup and drop-off we’ve seen them physically hurt other children, such as biting or hitting. We know these situations can be very challenging to manage, and we truly appreciate all the effort the teachers are putting in. That said, we're worried that the issue doesn’t seem to be improving and may be placing extra strain on the class, resources, and the teachers themselves. Connor routinely comes home and brings up an issue with this same child unprovoked. Would it be possible for someone in leadership to observe or shadow the class to get a clearer picture of what’s happening? I believe this could help ensure the right support is in place for both the teachers and the students. Multiple sets of parents have experienced the same issues and we'd be happy to have a group meeting with leadership and or the classroom teachers to discuss.

Great staff. Teachers have been amazing. My kid loves his teachers and is always happy when he comes home. It seems like he has also progressed very quickly. Can do many tasks he struggled with earlier. Front staff is always friendly and helpful as well

The fun engaging learning environment that is created by leadership and teachers every day. When you walk in you are greeted by a smile and your name. If there has ever been a concern leadership has resolved it as soon as they could. You can feel the dedication to the children and their safety.

The Primrose teachers are the best (shoutout Grace and Veronica!); they are so sweet with the kiddos. My son has a tough time with saying goodbye at dropoffs and they are always so kind. Stephanie and Adrianna are also great and I feel like they always do a good job keeping us informed.

My child is always eager to get to Primrose in the morning to eat breakfast with his classmates and comes home every day with tons of new words and lots of energy! We love their curriculum, meal plan, consistent written and photo updates, and their engagement with Primrose families.

I appreciate how safe and cared for our son is. I’m constantly amazed by what he is learning, and I feel like he is a superstar when he walks in (everyone knows his name!). The staff are kind and there is a great structure to the learning environment. We are constantly getting updates and photos throughout the day. Yes, all daycares have hiccups and staff that come and go, but the supportive and loving environment hasn’t changed. Would highly recommend to other families in the area!

Continues to be excellent. Our son is doing great in early preschool / pathways. He comes home and always surprises us with new things that he’s learned and every day says his day was great. App updates and communication are fantastic.
