I love the care my children receive at Primrose School of Westlake. They also have learned a lot since being at their school and it was a great experience to get them prepared for school!
Primrose is exceptional. They have worked so well with my son who has special needs. The staff genuinely care and want to support the growth of the children in the classroom. They are hands down the best!!!!!
The teachers and staff are so kind, positive, and caring. They pay very close attention to each child and always are in communication about my child. My daughter loves school and feels safe there.
We like that there isn't much turnover with the teachers, the facility is clean, and communication about what is going on at school is great through the app.
Only complaint is that there isn't a good alternative for kids that don't need to nap. At other day cares we've seen separate rooms provided for non-napping kids instead of telling the kid to be quiet by their cot.
We liked it at lot. We feel safe to have our kids in Primrose. Teachers and staff members are very friendly and wecoming. Our kids seem to have enjoyed their time at school and also learned a lot and thrive from it. Very happy to recommend it to friends and family.
It truly feels like I'm a team with my son's carers at Primrose, and we are working together to give him a great foundation and future. He's always so happy to start his day at Primrose, and genuinely enjoys being there. I trust Primrose with my son's care and couldn't imagine him being anywhere else.
I love the care and empathy that the teachers have for the children. My one issue is the lack of the option for a "vacation credit" that used to exist, essentially families would be able to have 1 week a year of not paying tuition for when their child was not in class, ex. to be used when the family was on vacation. Combined with the school closures for a week around Christmas and other teacher inservice days, there are a lot of calendar days that are being paid for without kids in attendance.
