A few things we love about Primrose…the way the school is run is professional without drama, my son is almost always happy at pickup, the teachers are amazing with my kids and communication between us and the teachers/staff is seamless. Anytime there has been any issue… Emily Brungardt has handled it or made sure that it was handled by someone else! We are beyond impressed! That’s on top of all the learning and educational/social emotional things they have for the kids, which is incredibly important to us as well. Every time our school makes holiday magic at Halloween Christmas, etc.… I’m so grateful!!! the kids love it and we love getting pictures throughout the day!! we also appreciate the expertise of the staff and teachers! Primrose has been a lifeline again and again!

The teachers and staff have been great! They all know my child's name and make her feel welcome. Even with little toddlers, I appreciate the structure, consistency and curriculum. The communication has been great. A lot of little things are appreciated, like having calendars with closed days well in advance so parents can plan. The facility is always clean and my child looks forward to going to daycare which is meaningful. Thanks for everything you do!

The teachers and staff care so much about our kiddos experience. They work really hard to work with her temperament and developing personality while also challenging her to expand her comfort zone. Her confidence has flourished and she genuinely loves her school. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We have had the most amazing experience at Primrose and our daughter loves it there! The curriculum is top notch and the amount of events and things they do for parents is great too. They are so flexible and very working parent friendly.

Primrose West has given my son a positive experience that he comes home asking to go to school on throat weekends when I have to work. In the beginning, many of the teachers and staff had worked with him by showing compassion because he was tearful during drop off. He is no longer tearful. Usually Im informed and am able to view his day daily through the app. Mrs Berumen and Mrs Hildago are both amazing and compassionate!

My kiddo is happy and healthy that’s all it matters! The teachers are nice, patient. Just the food vibe to me every time I was there. I feel safe and comfortable leave my child with them. Highly recommended!

This daycare doesn’t feel like day care, it’s a school! It truly feels like a second home for our child. The staff are warm, caring, and uphold strong family values while prioritizing safety. They balance education with creativity, and our little one comes home happy, confident, and excited to share what they’ve learned. We are so grateful for the love and care they provide every day!

Really worked with us and our son as he experienced some challenging behaviors. Worked with us on different strategies to support him! Very grateful for their support! With our new baby, everyone has been so welcoming of him and communication from his teachers has been stellar!

We loved Primrose! It was the best decision we made to switch our son over to Primrose. He truly thrived and all of the staff are so lovely! Everyone that works at Primrose is kind and caring. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.
