The team is absolutely excellent. From the first touchpoint of walking in to the entire care experience. Our kids go to different schools and we have so much trust in Primrose.

Both of my boys love coming to primrose and my youngest has grown and learned so much since starting pre k! We have been so happy knowing that he has so much fun with his friends but is also learning and preparing for kindergarten in a couple of years!

We absolutely love Primrose and truly feel like part of a family here. The management and overall culture are wonderful, and we’ve had such a great experience. The teachers we’ve worked with have been fantastic, and there are several true standouts—we honestly couldn’t ask for better care. Special shoutouts to Kelli, Faye, Halayna, Natalie, Abby A, Audrey, Maria, Marya, and Katie for everything they do. One area we’d love to see improved, while completely understanding the challenges involved, is the 10:1 ratio maintained for young toddlers. We know the balance of new families and current families expanding can be difficult, but we felt it was worth sharing as constructive feedback.

They do an excellent job caring for my son. He is happy to go there and enjoys all the teachers. The teachers do a great job teaching skills and emotional intelligence. The school is wonderful!

We have been with Primrose Worthington since my 9yo was only 18 months and we now have our son finishing up his last year there. The staff is always helpful and kind. Tobie and Dan really put in the extra effort to host special events for families and build that community feeling. It’s a special place and we will be sad to leave when our son graduates pre-k.

Primrose was open to my feedback, listened and made improvements based on previous experience in infants. My boys have amazing teachers right now, great curriculum and very good communication. Communication has been top notch! We love Primrose and appreciate all they do for our family!
