We would absolutely recommend Primrose School on Crosswater Parkway to family and friends without hesitation. The teachers are truly exceptional - they create a nurturing, engaging environment where our son is not only cared for but genuinely thriving. It is evident that they are intentional about his growth and ensure he is fully prepared as he transitions from one class to the next. The administration team is equally outstanding. They are supportive, communicative, and consistently go above and beyond to create a positive experience for both children and parents. There is a true sense of partnership and trust, which is invaluable. What stands out most is the level of care and dedication from the staff. While we are at work, the teachers step into a role that feels like an extension of our family. Knowing our son is in such capable and compassionate hands gives us complete peace of mind. The thoughtful gestures for parents like mini breakfasts, cupcakes, and other treats are a reflection of how much they value their community. Overall, Primrose has exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our child.

The teachers and administrative staff are truly supportive and caring. We’re graduating this year but will also attend camp for summer of 2026 but I’m already feeling sad that our time with this wonderful establishment will be coming to an end soon as we start kindergarten this fall.

I love the teachers, the structure, the curriculum and the atmosphere of the whole school. My granddaughter has excelled at this school and she always wants to go. She has made wonderful friendships that have carried outside of school.

We love primrose! The staff is excellent and has been the same staff since we started 6 years ago (plus new additions). Everyone knows my kids by name and says hi in the hallway every morning. The teachers have been amazing and also low turnover. Both my kids rotated through some of the same teachers. They are always great with helping if there is a behavior concern (I had a biter and had a kid who has clothes sensitivity). They are great with identifying true illness and keeping sickness in the classroom low. Highly recommend!

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose. Our daughter loves going to school every day. Everyone knows her at school and they all greet her by name and she loves saying hello and waving goodbye when we pick her up. Her teachers have been so wonderful, we couldn’t be happier. They have so many great activities for the kids.
