Bullet proof reliability with the Epson machine and support services. I got my first indication that toner might be running low last week. The next day you showed up with a full reload supply of toners and instructions on when best to install them. The machine runs day in and day out like clockwork.

Any time I have called to order ink cartridges, the employees are always friendly and helpful. We get the order in a timely manner and have never had to return any items due to the cartridge being defective. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who uses ink cartridges for their printers.
