I have been a ProFlame customer for over 10 years. Customer Service gets 10 stars, product delivery and equipment also get 10 stars. Customer interface and online app is pretty clunky and gets about 6 stars. I am computer literate and do almost all banking and shopping online. Pro-Flame’s online customer interface is not easy to use. Changing form of payment or figuring out what you are looking at needs work. Would I change venders because of this? No, because customer service is very responsive and I can get what I need by speaking with a human being who is local and knowledgeable.
We have had GREAT service from ProFlame for the past few years we have been in Blairsville!
Our first 2 years they offered a much reduced rate for customers that would take advantage of a yearly refill in July and August?
I wish you would offer that “early bird” special each year, to get revenue during those slower months and also save the customer some money?

I never have to even think about whether I need propane. If I did, I just might run out but they take care of me, know my needs and that is one less thing I have to worry about.
