The employees (especially Stacey and Stephanie) in the local Murphy office are great! Personable, professional and knowledgeable. This is the only reason I'm giving the company a rating of 10. The outsourced telephone answering service I did not/do not care to deal with. In fact, the person that quoted us did not follow up with promised emails and was downright rude. If I was not finally able to talk to Stacey I probably would have moved on to another company.
