Lou had excellent customer service the entire process of my residential door replacement. He gave me several options and was able to procure the doors faster than originally expected with all of the supply shortages. His tech was on time and the quality of work was excellent as well. With the new insulated garage doors I am able to easily keep my garage cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I would recommend ProLift to anyone needing garage doors!

When we discovered our garage door spring was broken we called a couple of other repair companies and they were hesitant to commit to when they could actually come out to do the work. When we called ProLift the person we spoke with was sympathetic to our problem, and assured us that someone would be out to fix the broken spring in relatively short period of time. The repair person (Allen) arrived when they said they would, and in a matter of less than an hour had our door working properly. In addition to repairing the springs he checked out the bearings, and lubricated the parts that needed to be lubricated. He was very friendly and nice to deal with and we would definitely recommend ProLift to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door.

Ryan the technician was very pleasant and explained what he would do. Installation was done quickly and everything explained on use. We had to call back the next day because the door would not close properly. Ryan quickly fixed a faulty electrical component and everything now works perfectly. The door works very quietly and smoothly.
