A year ago I was ready to drop this company and seek services elsewhere. For a number of reasons, the price and customer service and lack of continuity and responsibly to the customer was awful. However, I made a call to see if things were any better, and my experience was a complete 180 degrees from a year ago. Laurel was EXCELLENT, not only understanding and taking responsibility for the problems I experienced a year ago, but took care of our propane needs in such a way that was fair and made me glad I gave you another try.
Your employee was very helpful and pleasant, my tank is in an awkward place and takes a lot of hose to get to. I think he did a great job and I am loving having the fireplace back in operation, my house is much warmer, thank you. One question the receipt he left doesn't have a total due on it, usually you would leave the bill when you filled the tank. Have you changed your method of billing? We are very happy with the service we get from Propane Gas. The only recommendation I would like to suggest is the elimination of door hangars. I think it is a waste of paper and time for the company and driver. Personally, I travel extensively and have returned home to find two door hangars on my door, from two fills. These door hangars announce to the world that no one is home. I think from a security and cost savings stand point the door hangars could be eliminated. Other than that, we get great service and quick response when we have a question or concern. Thank you.
