We received an answer to our request the next day, 24 hours later. Dwayne had a driver and truck come out and fill our tank...it was completely empty....not sure I like that. The gauge read 70& full, which was a complete error, and we were hit with a charge of $4.00 a gallon. That I really don't like..Maybe our tank should be looked at more often then just once during a cold period. Other than that, we were most pleased the end result...and really appreciate the $50.00 coupon....all in all a job well done..
The driver called the day of delivery and asked if all the previous notes he had from previous drivers were correct. Some of the old information no longer applied so we updated them. Kudos to the driver! The only thing is I didn't get an email invoice saying how much the delivery bill came to.
All I can find is my account balance as far as payments are concerned and a graft showing how many gallons this and previous deliveries were put into the tank. Why didn't I get a delivery invoice? Why do you no longer leave the invoice at the door? They help me figure out how many payments will be needed to pay it off. I'm kind of old fashioned for when I buy something I like seeing the details of what I bought. Thank you.
Very good response when called when we were out of fuel. Although we are scheduled for regular fills, sometimes we are missed therefore sometimes out of propane. It must have happened at least 5 times.
