Every time I call to have questions answered or pay my bill, the professionalism from everyone is outstanding. Everyone is very courteous, takes extra time to help me understand the situation that I am inquiring about and never makes me feel like I am taking up too much time. We have been with the company close to 20 years and will always stay with them. I like the meter that was put on our tank and that makes me feel comfortable that I will never run out. I also like the fact that they are a local company and can get in touch with them when needed in a timely manner. Our propane driver recently went out of his way for us. Our garbage and recycling cans were out on the curb when he arrived. He got out of his truck, looked to see if they had been emptied and rolled them up to the front of the driveway near the house. He didn't have to do that. Then he proceeded to fill up the tank. Talk about customer service!! Wow!
