I really enjoy the auto monitoring feature where the tank level is sent to the company, and they come out and refill it without me having to call them. I also have auto pay so it's all seamless. Good product, good service and friendly and knowledgeable staff if you have questions.

The person part. I love talking to a person, a real one when I call. Our resent visit we requested a refill sooner than usual and due to our concerns about the prices of fuel in general we wanted to stay on the highest end in our tank. They worked with us and did some special calls to meet our need. Try calling any other propane outfit. You'll never get through to anyone to even ask for something that is not in the line up of press this number or that. The gal was as nice and accommodating as can be. We all need to support companys that use people or at very least give you a chance to talk to a real person in their number system. The company we used for 20 years went total non person and no way to press a button to bypass in their numbers choices. Not for me.
