A customer can actually speak with a representative who is always very friendly and kind. When I switched to propane northwest they came up with a lock placed on the tank, to keep my husband from turning the gas off. He was in the late stages of Alzheimer’s and had an obsession with the propane fireplace. Can’t tell you how many times he went to the tank to find it locked, never remembering from the times before. Kept him safe and me sane! Thank you!

Except for the hazard fee they charge, which some other companies do not charge, we think their prices are about the same as other companies. Due to the need to save money when and where we can, in the future we may need to switch to a company that does not charge the hazard fee.
