When I call for a fill up everybody is happy and ready to help me to get the job accomplished, this is from the phone person to the delivery man. The delivery is usually prior to what I was told by a day or so and the delivery man is always respectable of any plants/ shrubbery, shuts the gate, etc. Over all your score should not be a "10" more like "100 %"! Keep up the great job.

I like that I don't have any worries about running out of propane. When I do call everyone that I talk is vvery nice and answer my questions very mice. Tell everyone to get propane from you.
I like the prompt service and friendly staff. On the negative side, I was told last year that you run specials every year in May. I made sure I was below 20% so I could get it filled. However, when I called I was told no, not until June this year so I couldn't use the heater all May. That did not make me happy. If you are going to have a special, please do it the same time every year.
