Thai is our first experience with a propane tank and fill, and Rob was awesome. He took time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what to expect. He also made sure we knew what to look for when/if things went wrong. He found a problem with our fireplace and made sure it was taken care of safely. I am completely happy with and impressed by Propane Northwest so far.

When the propane level gets down the tank gets filled, we do not have to keep checking it. I think someone is checking regularly and sends out a propane truck and it gets filled.
