The delivery drivers are great! Half the time I don't even realize that they have delivered our propane. I always smile if our dog isn't outside when they deliver, that there's always the dog biscuit in the receipt hang tag! Koda loves your people!

The automatic system is great. The company usually fills our tank when it gets to 35%, I don't have to do a thing. Now I can check the level of my tank from my cell phone. The guys fill the tank leave the invoice at my door. We are on their budget plan so it is a flat rate every month. It's all very convenient.

Awesome customer service. Even when the technician came to remove the tank, and didn’t cap the installed lines well. Upon request the technician returned in a timely matter and properly capped the lines. It’s possible he didn’t have the proper caps the first time he was there but he was quick to come back and complete the job. Well done.
