I just started using you last year when I had a new propane fireplace installed in my downstairs apartment. You brought in a 125 gal tank and have made it very easy for me to pay on line, and also have my tenant sign up so they can pay for their own propane bills. The ability to check the tank gauge at any time to see what percentage of gas has been used is fantastic. Also, the ability to pay for your gas from month to month. I have a 250 gal tank with C@D Propane, that was set up 28+ years ago to handle the propane cook stove upstairs and in the apartment as well as the hot water tank. Your service has been superior to them. Your prices are better, your tanks are maintained better! Thank you for offering so many options! Diane Miller

Friendly service is always provided, and our bill is very easy to read and understand. We appreciate automatic fills without having to call and schedule. The device on our tank lets Northwest know when we are at 30%, so it is so much easier for the customer. The rates are good and we are glad that we went with this company. Thank you! Northwest!
