Over phone staff are great - helpful. Transfer to field staff got dropped and while I should have made a follow up call, I didn't. When I realized it was suddenly time to get the new tanks installed it was a bit of a crunch. Jon did what he could to make it all work though. Things seem to be all good to go. Thank you!

I like the automatic refill service. With the gauge on the tank I have never run out. The refill is usually done around 35 to 30 percent. I never have to check it is all automated. They were here yesterday.

the gentleman that came out to check for a gas leak was very nice and thorough. he went out of his way to check and double check and was able to tighten the loose fitting. he also re lit my pilot light for me which i wasn't able to do.
I put a review up on Google singing your praises. (I'm the RS review.) You are great! I believe it was Tim (truck 2292) who recently delivered our propane and I enjoyed speaking with him breifly. He gave Koda a "cookie" and after filling us up, snuck a second cookie for her in the hangtag bill envelope! Love you guys.
