Inside salesman Lance quoted me low rates and what turned out to be an apparently non existent termite application plan. He quoted me $168 initial installations via a ‘trench’ they would dig around my house, and $37 monthly. He also said it would be $30 off if I set up the visit before the end of the month. Christy Nettles came to my house and explained the whole process correctly. She had no idea what Lance was talking about. I was perplexed at the disparity to say the least. Christy was very professional in every way. She explained the real process and prices (a lot higher than $168!). I agreed and signed the paper.
