Once a contract issue regarding annual fee (mine was written into my contract, which was $150 yearly) was resolved, and the company adjusted from the acquisition of my prior termite service provider, I have enjoyed the business/customer relationship, and especially like the young man (Tyler) who has now done 2 inspections. He takes his job very seriously, and he is very knowledgeable and informed.
