Purcor is providing the same excellent and friendly service that was the reason I used Certified Pest Control before it was taken over by Purcor. It was smart to keep the same people providing the same good service here in the Naples area.

The technicians who serve my house appear to be competent and well trained. I also like that they serve both inside our house as well as outside. A couple of suggestions. Appointments seem to be made within a 4 hour window. I'd like these to be more specific, either pared down to a specific hour of the day, or a call from the technician when he is in route to my house.

I am so lucky to have Moises Chora-Agustin as the technician that does work at my home. He always comes to my door and tells me what he is going to do and lets me know when he has completed he job. I find him to be a very nice person. He is a compliment to your business.
