Technician Damon is fabulous. Can't praise him high enough. What stops me from giving a 10 rating is there have been 3 snafus with scheduling. I had rodent activity in my attic, Damon set traps. I called to make appts for more frequent check before I had the insulation restored only to find out I was not on Damon's schedule and I changed my schedule to make sure I was home. Super frustrating.

You return frequently to my house to pick up dead rats or spray when needed. The part I don’t like about your service is the call center. Half the time people don’t know they’re working for a pest control company and I tell him I have a dead rat and I apologize. Over the Years, I’ve only had two technicians, Azur and Leo, and both were fabulous.
