Service providers are professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. They come across as liking their work! This is not always the case with service people.
I’ve had a few episodes of needing help on demand. They made the extra effort to get someone out to the house that day.
My granddaughter is deathly allergic to bees. They treated my property that day! I appreciated it immensely.
Purcor services my property at times that work best for me home daycare business. I like that I get voice messages advising of my next service date. I like that the Purcor representative lets me know of their arrival and makes sure it is still a good time to treat my property with anti-pest solutions. The representatives are always professional by being proficient at their task, respectful and courteous.
I like the fact that you come back when rats are caught and reload the traps. A call back service is great. The different people that have come to my house at all. Been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and full of customer service.
For years I have had problems with mice - I keep 3 traps set at all times, they can get very busy!
8 in December / 5 in January / 4 in March Robert found and plugged an entry the end of March. They did not return until the end of May - then 3,/ 6 in June Robert found and plugged another entry so July is good. Lots of Kudos to Robert, please keep him on my route because those critters are clever and seem to like it here. Thanks
So far very dependable - have keep the pests away !!! Appreciate the service personnel notifying me of the onsite service when he comes to spray / wipe the surrounding area.
