What I do like is the fact that when I need extra care due to insects, you come and service us for free. And they take care of the situation. The customer service folks are kind and good to deal with. They are flexible when you need to reschedule even if it is same day!

I like that I am contacted prior to PURCOR visit. The technician checks in to see if there are any particular concerns. If I have a request, the technician addresses it and we speak at the end of treatment.

We’ve had a great experience with Jeremy as our pest control technician and whenever he comes by for our quarterly service, we know we are in good hands. He is always friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable and we really appreciate that he takes the time to explain what he’s doing and answers any questions we have thoroughly. We never feel rushed and it’s clear he genuinely cares about doing a great job. He consistently delivers excellent service with a smile and makes the whole process pleasant - which may be a weird thing to say about pest control - and he makes it stress-free. It feels like talking to a kind neighbor who is really knowledgeable about pest control and genuinely wants to help us. It’s reassuring to know our home is in such good hands every time he visits.
