Though I don't always get the same person to treat my property, I sure do like the quality of work that is being done. No matter who comes to my home they always knock on the door and let me know they are here to get the work done and ask if there is anything additional, I need taken care of.

I truly liked Mark who serviced us quite a while ago, he did an excellent job and I would like him to service us ALWAYS. (he was here not many days before the last person) How ever our last service person never was seen and as far as I know didn't do much as Mark had just baited all traps when he was here not too many days before. Mark even sprayed for ants and left 2 ant traps for me in the kitchen. He also baited mouse traps for me too. He was the BEST ever.
We have been assigned to a Technician who is calling one or two days ahead to confirm an appointment. We enjoy the fact she knows our property and the spots we need serviced.
The technician comes promptly on the day scheduled unless it rains. When they speak to me, they tell me very clearly what they noticed, and their report list these things as well. They are polite. The phone call clearly warns me about keeping pets inside, etc. They always remember to close the gates to the back yard.
We appreciate the timely response and professionalism.
I want to say we do not want to be asked to tip the service team when giving feed back. That is offensive.
