I like everything about the services Joel provides for me. You are lucky to have him as an employee. I do not like the runaround I have gotten from the management, however. Three months ago I filled out this review and I mentioned that I could not afford the increase in price from 103.49 to 112.80. I received a nice call from a gentleman who told me that he would reverse that increase and give me a credit for 9.31. That has not happened yet. Counting today, I have now been charged 112.80 three months in a row. Evey time I call to inquire about it, I'm told they would check into it and leave him a note. What gives?

The Purcor technicians are always helpful in answering questions. They are polite and considerate in covering treated areas to keep pets way from the areas. Most recently, we were gifted with a litter of wild kittens. The technician kindly avoided the area where the kittens were located, when treating the yard.
