I have used Purcor Pest since they were Pioneer Pest Control, which has been several years. I find their service thorough and on time. They do a really good job on both insects and those darned rats!

I love that I don't have to be home for my service to happen. I do get a courtesy notice of the day they will arrive. I love that so that I can have my animal contained. They let me know when they arrive so that I am not alarmed when they walk by my windows. They let me know of any areas of concern (very seldom are there any). They are friendly but professional.
