I like the phone reminders from the company, the text from the tech giving a window of arrival. I like that they ask if I need additional service or have areas of concern. I like that I do not have to be home for the service to happen. I like receiving the emailed service report and the receipt for the service done.
Our operator, Darrell, keeps a regular schedule and always lets us know when we have an upcoming appointment. He keeps us posted on his arrival time, and when he's here, asks about any concerns and then works quickly to inspect and resolve any pest issues. He's also observant and has pointed out a leaking drip irrigation line near the house, and spotted wasps going in and out of a vent on our next-door neighbor's house so that we could warn them about it. Just one thing, and I know it's just a one-time thing: If you move a guy's walker, please put it back where it was. Remember that it's a mobility aid and trying to get to it unaided can be very scary.
