Very easy to talk with the knowledgeable technicians and ask about other issues beyond what they are treating at the visit. Whatever treatments are done, there has been a noticeable decline in the pests (as expected). 2026 may be a buggier year because of the mild winter. I'm confident that Purcor can provide whatever assistance is needed.

I have used Purcor since they purchased a previous pest control company in the Vancouver, Washington area. I have been satisfied with their service and have had no significant pest control issues. They provide the service outside the home which is not a problem since we are generally away from the home when the service is performed. However, I have noted of late that they no longer remove the outside weather mats in front of the front door and patio door. The application then gets put of the mat instead of the crevice that connects the foundation to the home. This has happened only recently within the past two visits. We see no pests in the house but I think this is an issue, albeit small, that should be addressed in the future. Overall I would recommend Purco to all.

Your Tech came to me completely professional. I observed what he did as far as webs, and spider control, also mentioned things I did not know about. He was young, and had the level of professionalism unfortunately you do not see a lot in that age group. And when I read the invoice it was clear and well written as to what services he provided. And to top it off, He signed it Moose... The name fits, Some how... Please send him back every time.
