The staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the products that they were selling. Biking seemed like a life-style to them rather than just a way to make a living. There was a good selection of bikes at the store. We purchased an E-bike ideally suited to my needs after careful consideration and advice from the sales and service staff.

Staff are very polite and kind to all customer's inquiries. What I like about Pure Cycle is you dont have to go in a line up to have your bike tuned up. You can book an appointment and drop off your bike. Especially in the Spring and Summer where it is so hot to wait outside the door like the other bike shop in Mcleod were doing. Very considerate and bike options are vast.

I bought my Trek FX in February 2022. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was my first bike purchase and I had didn’t know very much about bikes. I went to a few shops around town and loved the customer service here the best. Tried a couple models in the parking lot and settled on the FX.
You can tell the staff love biking and want their customers to be happy. Can’t wait to get out on my new bike this spring!
