Excellent Massage Services. The facility is good, but it could use a bit of love as compared to my last visits. Shower in the women's locker room could use a good scrubbing and many of the showerheads didn't work at all. Towels & robes are looking a little shabby, too. Overall, still the best spa in Knoxville, but it might be time for a bit of a refresh on the details.

I love how friendly the staff is, I have never had a bad experience when I come in and I am always smiling when I leave. I have had Allison do my facials for a year and absolutely adore her. She is wonderful! Plus it helps getting so many compliments about my “youthful” skin!

Mira was incredibly kind and professional! She cut and styled my hair exactly as I hoped and really helped me get my hair back on track after a previous bad haircut. The facility is beautiful, relaxing, and clean!
