The relaxing atmosphere and the staff. You have some of the best folks in Knoxville and they are always willing to help and answer any questions. Plus, think they must all take “happy pills”, they are so friendly, and considerate. I have never had a bad experience or service at your salon.

Camryn was very kind, gentle, offered a relaxing space and was very informative about products. I loved her gentleness and the way she was educating on things. She was informing but not pushy, and I liked that.
