Your staff are all wonderful. Love McKenzie, Conner, and Cookie. The women who greet and schedule are truly professional. Not sure if I'll get another chance to give opinion, so I'll write it here. I normally skip these surveys. I HATE them. They are a waste of my time and yours. If I love a product or service I'll tell you. If I dislike a product or service I'll complain. Hailey was so sweet and professional She took the time to explain everything about my skin and also made me feel so relaxed and comfortable the entire time! I really enjoy the whole experience at pure luxe, it feels so relaxing to be able to change into a robe and decompress from the outside world. A perfect afternoon spent pampering myself and I cant wait to come back.
