Friendly and welcoming...however, sometimes there is not enough respect for customers time...classes start late and often the teachers talk a lot about themselves, their day, their experiences, etc. a little social is great, but we are there to focus on our practice, form, etc. Particularly happens in the beginners classes.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Merediths's flow was outstanding. It is appropriately challenging and each movement flowed effortlessly into the next. The Yarn craft and wine was a bonus!

Excellent teachers, supportive environment, clean studio. The recent inversions class taught by Edward was wonderful! His demeanor is both compassionate and encouraging, plus he is very knowledgeable. I wish he worked there weekly!
