Purvi is great to work with and was outstanding throughout our first time home buying process. Purvi made the entire experience so much easier and enjoyable. From our very first meeting, she took the time to explain the process clearly and was available to answer our questions. She provided valuable insights on the houses we looked at and has a good knowledge of the local market. She really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find properties that fit our needs and budget. When we found the perfect house, she made everything went smoothly.
She went above and beyond and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier and enjoyable.

Purvi was referred to us by one of our very close friend and we are glad we approached her. She is very diligent and patient, she understood what was important to us and showed us relevant properties. Being a first-time buyer she explained to us everything that we should check while looking for a house, many times she highlighted certain areas which we had overlooked, and that helped us in our informed decision-making. Her experience was very evident with all the right resources she pulled in to help the first time buyers like us, navigate through complex house buying process. Starting from arranging the showing, purchase agreement, mortgage, home insurance, inspections and closing. And not to forget her special recommendations for the nice food and shopping locations after the showing. Overall it was a great experience and would surely recommend her for any real estate needs.

Purvi helped us find our very first home during the crazy and stressful market. She always tried to make the process simple and easy to understand from when we began our journey. She was our unbiased eye throughout our house hunt. We don’t think we would have made it without her expertise, patience and relentless commitment to make sure we found our vision coming true in the house. It wasn’t easy to keep going as it took more than a year to find a house and yet she never pushed us to get one we weren’t satisfied with. She had an amazing way even with our 5-month-old when we began our house hunt always being considered while making an appointment for multiple house tours. There was time when we were upset when few of the deals fell apart and she kept us motivated with her positive spirit. She knew when to give us space and when to give her opinions, which were backed by very good rationale and experience.

I cannot imagine to have gone on this tedious and emotional journey of home / condo searching and buying with any other real estate professional but Purvi. Not only she was very professional, punctual, extremely knowledgeable, but she was very kind and accommodating as well. My wife and I had quite different style and expectations of condo, and that made our condo search very complicated for us. Not only Purvi understood our needs and requirements very well but provided us with various options that my wife and I both liked. She always prioritized our interested first. Not even once we ever felt any pressure from Purvi to make any decision in haste. During covid times, she ensured to always wear masks to respect us, and also wore shoe covers to respect the sellers houses as well. At tough times, when we couldn't get condos we wanted, Purvi was always there to provide us with emotional support to us. At times we got late for our appointments, and later we had to trim down our condo budget as well due to change in circumstances in our life, yet Purvi always treated us with utmost respect and always made us feel that meeting our needs were priority for her.
We are very HAPPY and completely SATISFIED condo owners today, and we believe it is only because of Purvi's professional and emotional support to us. I would be happy to recommend her to anyone and everyone.
