The moving experience with QMM was one of the most production and pleasant experiences in a long time, especially the unknown of dealing with this company based only on a recommendation and not knowing all the implications of a transcontinental move. The help we received from all people in touch with us in the process was enormous as we were struggling with numerous issues before and during the moving process. We are happy to share with everyone the names of those who helped us in this moving process and they are Shaina, Denaya, Hanna and Greg.

Very timely and transparent communication, pick up and delivery. The furniture and the boxes were delivered in good condition and complete. The only thing I would suggest is less dismantling and re-assembling of the furniture pieces if possible, as it was challenging for the delivery team to re-assemble the furniture without instructions (we did not have these, as the furniture had been purchased quite a few years ago). I would use QMM again.

Everything about the QMM moving experience was easy. The quote process was virtual, flexible, and very transparent. The moving crews on each side of the move were professional, efficient, and very organized. Our stuff arrived on time and without issue. Communication with coordinating team members was excellent.
I will highly recommend QMM to friends, family, and colleagues.

Everything went smoothly. Everyone - on the phone and in person - was a pleasure to work with. Mike, the driver, stayed in touch with us during transit and gave us clear instructions on where and when to sign for our goods once we crossed the border, which had been one of our concerns. His teams both in the US and in Québec were efficient and professional. We have already recommended working with QMM to my parents who are planning their own move.

I was very impressed with the reliability of the communications between office and myself. There were three different people before we were done which was a little frustrating but all were competent. The team of packers was excellent and the movers at the end were also very good at their jobs. I really appreciated the experience, reliability and quality of the teams. Thank you.

The move was a very stressfull time for us but thanks to Anna, Michelle and the the move team who could I think win any Tetress competition my grateful thanks for all there hard work and friendly attitude. It was great that same team who packed the load also unloded it.
I would not hesitate to recommend QMM to anyone who is thinking of or needing to arrange a move.
You guys are magical.

Moved with my partner from Toronto to Calgary in February. Great experience all around. Never felt in doubt about anything.
Tyler and Abbigail were super responsive and helped set decent expectations pre-move.
John was the driver at both ends. John was super professional and great to be around in general. Definitely didn't expect our moving pro's to be so nice and personable but they all were. Did an excellent job wrapping up our valuable items and helping us set things up when we moved in.
Would use again! Albeit - I sure as heck don't want to move anytime soon.
