Angela and Steve were truly amazing. They arrived on site with their team and went to work right away packing, labeling etc….. kind, knowledgeable and truly cared about preparing a stress free move for me and that’s what happened. (that’s hard to find) my situation was a bit different I originally was recommended a moving company from my realtor that didn’t work out that well. When I contacted Heather at QMM she genuinely wanted to help and since that point it was nothing short of amazing. My stress level went from a 10 to a 1 after Steve and Angela showed up on site. I will never beable to thanku them enough . I would highly recommend them to anybody who is thinking of moving

I recently had the pleasure of working with this moving company, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial booking to the final delivery, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Heather and Lorraine did a great job. The team arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were organized, respectful, and clearly experienced. What really stood out was how carefully they handled all of my belongings—especially fragile items. Everything was loaded efficiently, and transported without any issues. Communication throughout the process was excellent. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. The movers were also friendly and approachable, which made a big difference on such a busy day. On top of that, the pricing was fair and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises. Great communication including emails with updated next steps and what and when to expect. Excellent coordination between Francis getting us a quote, Lorraine coordinating the pickup and paperwork and Richard efficiently and safely getting our belongings picked up in the US and unloaded in Canada. The best and most complicated move I have done and the team was always there for me ! Much appreciated!

Most of the people we dealt with during the move process - including the folks doing the packing and unpacking - were awesome. The whole process was very smooth and we were lucky enough to be able to load on one coast and unload on the other without the need to go into interim storage. The packing and loading was expertly handled. All items were extensively wrapped and boxed carefully. No items were damaged during the trip and both homes were unharmed during the process. Overall we are very happy with the move.
