The entire team was super helpful in planning and executing the move from Toronto to Trail. Heather Howells was extremely knowledgeable in the process and explained everything super clearly and effectively to me. This was my first time ever moving from Toronto, and the process was very pleasant and stress-free. The two teams of movers I've interacted with were also extremely efficient, polite, and handled my belongings with care. I would highly recommend QMM to all of my friends/coworkers/contacts.

QMM helped me move from California to Toronto in 2025. QMM made my move unbelievable easy, smooth and stress-free. From the initial reachout, they walked me through the estimation process and provided a quote quickly. They were very thorough in ensuring that I understood everything. Once the quote was finalized, QMM connected me to a move coordinator that was very responsive and personable. They were able to work with my move dates without any hassle. Finalizing the move, QMM made sure that I had all my forms and documents in place, including helping me look over the documents and providing examples. The driver was professional and punctual - they moved everything carefully and quickly. QMM made sure to periodically contact me and give me updates as the driver drove up to the destination. The driver even walked us through the immigration expectations! Unloading was quick and easy, the driver was punctual with QMM representatives following up and facilitating the whole way. I can not express how grateful that QMM was there for me during this normally difficult and stressful process. They took the guesswork out of my cross border move! I would definitely recommend.

I can't express how very pleased I am with the whole experience. Right from the beginning of the process of scheduling the virtual inventory session, to the packing, loading of household items and the open honest communication along the way to delivery and unpacking of my household items. Everyone I dealt with at QMM were professional, kind and courteous . I felt very much like I was the only customer they had and was receiving white glove treatment. I would highly recommend QMM to anyone considering a move or relocation.

We had furniture and household goods stored at QMM for 6 years When it was delivered it clearly had been stored safely the whole time. Everyone with whom we dealt were excellent, including Aidan and Shannen. The moving crew were professional, courteous and helpful. This was my 3rd move with QMM and I would definitely use them again.

Sam was an excellent move manager or whatever his title is. The guys both in Calgary and in Delta were experienced and careful. Packing is a difficult thing but everyone kept cool and got along. With the exception of one member of the Delta team, I think I felt respected and heard when I interacted with the move crew.
