Most of the people we dealt with during the move process - including the folks doing the packing and unpacking - were awesome. The whole process was very smooth and we were lucky enough to be able to load on one coast and unload on the other without the need to go into interim storage. The packing and loading was expertly handled. All items were extensively wrapped and boxed carefully. No items were damaged during the trip and both homes were unharmed during the process. Overall we are very happy with the move.

From my initial phone call, to the follow up after the delivery of my belongings - it has been a wonderful experience. Francis with QMM was the first person I contacted. I was in a bit of sticker shock when he gave me the first quote, but he was very pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing. He was also very understanding when I decided it just wouldn't be worth it to send so few items and pay that amount. There was no sales pitch or pressure that followed, which I really appreciated. This was an emotional transaction for me, as I had just lost my mom, and there were items very special to me that I did not want to give/donate. I was certain that there must be a cheaper way to move these items from Alberta to North Carolina. I contacted nearly a dozen different moving companies to get quotes and information about cross-border moves. There were lower quotes and other shipping options that might have saved some money, but none that I was comfortable with. The more companies I called, the more I learned about what was involved. A lot can go wrong with a transborder move, which could end up costing a LOT more, in the long run. Many companies were not upfront about several charges I would have ultimately been "surprised" with upon receiving my belongings. I went with my "gut - intuition" and called Francis back and scheduled the move, now with double the amount of items to be shipped. Lorraine took over at that point and was amazing with communication from start to finish. She made what I would consider to be a very complicated process - extremely smooth and easy. The movers showed up on time for pickup, and delivery was within the window specified. Upon receiving my items, I noticed many of the furniture items had been more securely protected for the long journey. I am beyond impressed and cannot recommend this company enough. There were no surprises throughout any part of the process...other than how incredibly smooth it all went!! Thank you all so much - I am beyond grateful to have my mom and dad's belongings with me now, in my own home.

The crew who picked up my belongings in Hastings Ontario were absolutely FANTASTIC as we're the crew who delivered my belongings to SPRUCE GROVE . Have used othe companies to move in the past but these guys are 100 % better friendlier did not complain about taking boxes into the basement even offered to relocate anything if I had them put it in the wrong place.Super polite and made sure mats were on the carpet and flooring before they walked on it. One guy even took his shoes off every time he came into the house. What more can you ask for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The three key people with whom I interacted were all very helpful, professional and friendly. The process of generating the estimate was thorough and accurate. The program QMM uses generated a comprehensive list of the contents of our house which I could then double check to make sure I had not missed anything. This gave me confidence in the accuracy of the estimate and was a major factor in choosing them. We ended up taking some things in our car and left a couple of things behind so had the happy experience of the final bill being less than the estimate. All of the communication with QMM staff was quick and clear. When one person was off or I emailed outside of their office hours, someone else answered. The actual moving of our belongings went extremely smoothly. The only stress I experienced was having nothing to do while the crew expertly moved everything. They were all courteous and even a bit fun. The driver was clearly experienced and on top of everything. It’s hard to imagine that the move could have gone any better. Thanks!

My possessions traveled a long way and only one item was damaged. Packaging was incredible and when they arrived, someone met me at Customs for clearing. I will definitely used QMM in future.
