Was a little disappointed in this first experience at our new house:( however have used you all in the past and had great experiences which is why we chose you when we moved. Not everything goes smoothly all the time. So im hoping we do t have have more problems and would definitely recommend.
we have always gotten great service from Quality Propane. One season we smelled a small amount of gas! We thought it was normal for a low tank. They had a tech out within a couple of hours, and he found a very small leak, which saved us a lot of money in lost propane! We were able to set up an account and all the cs rep are prompt and professional!
Delivery man Jason does an exceptional job. I asked. For my balance on my pre paid heating account to be returned to me as soon as possible and called again to see when they mailed my refund check back, still haven’t heard. I asked them to call me back with the date check was sent. Still haven’t heard not received a response. This is not acceptable. Still waiting. Your response is expected.
Everything so far! I was with another company for 40yrs loved them perfect in all ways. I was young with children and sometimes it took a couple months to pay. Never a word or pressure.
4 or 5 yrs ago someone close to. Me was very respectful of the owner of Quality so I switched..now you r owned by a company in Michigan. I hope the original person stays at the.helm and gives people a break when needed.
