After installation six months ago the unit wasn’t using any salt and I could tell the water softener was not operating correctly. I called the Ponca office and they sent out a technician that said unit was working properly. Upon the continuance of same problem I called the office back and they sent a second technician out that took a broomstick to break up the salt and said unit is fine. With continuous same problem I called the Ponca office again and this time they sent a quality technician that recognized the problem immediately and reset unit. The young man was courteous and explained to me why it wasn’t working and I have no doubt will work properly from now on.
my water softner developed a water leak at one of the fittings..i called the office and the next day a service man came ot to my house...the service man was great and fixed the leak...i think the service gets a big 10 !!!
4 bags of salt were delivered without me talking on the phone with a delivery person.
I was not home . I called and they picked them up.
I already have one bag in the basement.
